The required prior work experience for the bidder includes the value of successfully completed or substantially completed portion of similar work up to the last day of the month previous to the month of tender submission, with substantial completion defined as 80% (value wise) or more works completed. For a single bidder, the required experience includes: - At least one Manpower Services Providing work contract valued at a minimum of Rs.22.37 lakhs within the last 05 years. - An average annual turnover of at least ₹89.49 Lakhs. For joint ventures or consortia: - Each non-substantial partner must have experience of executing at least one Manpower Services Providing work contract valued at a minimum of Rs.22.37 lakhs within the last 05 years. - The parent company of the JV/Consortium should have experience of executing works valued at Rs. 44.75 lakhs within the last 05 years. - The average annual turnover of JV/Consortium is calculated based on the percentage participation of each member. The bidder should also have experience in similar works, which can be demonstrated in three ways: - At least one “similar work” of value of Rs.89.49 lakh or more - At least two “similar works” each of value of Rs.55.93 lakh or more - At least three “similar works” each of value of Rs.44.75 lakh or more For a JV/Consortium, each substantial partner should have experience of executing at least one “similar work” of value of Rs. 44.75 lakhs or more in the last 05 years, with the lead partner having a minimum of 26% participation, each substantial partner having at least 26% participation, and non-substantial partners having a minimum of 20% participation. In case of composite work, the value of the successfully completed or substantially completed portion of similar work is considered, and the client's certificate clearly indicating the amount of work done in respect of the similar work should be furnished. The value of work done shall be updated to the last day of the month previous to the month of tender submission, assuming 5% inflation for Indian contracts and 2% for foreign currency portions per year.
