The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - At least one “similar work” of value of Rs.86.23 lakh or more - At least two “similar works” each of value of Rs.53.90 lakh or more - At least three “similar works” each of value of Rs.43.12 lakh or more In case of a Joint Venture/Consortium, each non-substantial partner must have experience of executing at least one Civil work of minimum value of Rs.21.56 lakhs in the last 05 years. For a substantial partner, the work experience of only the substantial partner (partner with a share of 26% or more in the JV/Consortium) shall be considered. The value of similar works completed is considered as substantially completed if it is 80% (value-wise) or more works completed under the contract. The tenderers will be qualified only if they have successfully completed or substantially completed similar works, of which falling during the last five years ending the last day of the month previous to the month of tender submission. In case of a company or Limited Liability Partnership, the beneficial owner is the natural person(s), who, whether acting alone or together, or through one or more juridical person(s), has a controlling ownership interest or who exercises control through other means, with "Controlling ownership interest" meaning ownership of, or entitlement to, more than twenty-five per cent of shares or capital or profits of the company. For a Joint Venture (JV)/Consortium, each substantial partner must have experience of executing at least one "similar work" of value of Rs. 43.12 lakhs or more in the last 05 years. The lead partner must have a minimum of 26% participation in the JV/Consortium. Each non-substantial partner should have a minimum of 20% participation in the JV/Consortium and must have experience of executing at least one Civil work of minimum value of Rs. 21.56 lakhs in the last 05 years.
