Dismantling of old system from LT panel i.e. old type components & allied accessories, MS sheets, enclosures etc & shifting the same.

Supply & Installation of LT Distribution panel sheet steel enclosure made out of 2mm CRCA sheet totally enclosed, powder coated free standing, floor mounted type, dust& vermin proof, outward opening, lockable doors having hidden hinges and a bolted back cover both using non-deteriorating neoprene rubber gaskets to provide IP protection .The each part of the fabricated panel will be strictly subjected to seven tank treatment. The various components, assemblies and sub equipments of the panel will be as per standard given in relevant IS. The bus bar of the panel will be shaped out of high conductivity, electrolytic conductor and shall be liberal sized in aluminum. The control wiring of the panel will be done with PVC flexible copper wires of 1.5mm cross section. Each wire will be terminating with a ferule crimped to the wire, size 1200MM X 1000MM X 400MM. Loading, unloading by crane or heavy labor and cartage up to site. Dismantling of old panel structure including removing of cable etc. from site, cleaning & dressing the surface for Installation of the panel at site on base frame, laying of cable, termination of cable both incoming & out going side. Testing & commissioning of panel & allied accessories as per required parameters with relevant IS .testing of the panel prior to switching on as follow:- (i) Continuity and earth testing. (ii) Meggaring of all equipments for phase to phase, neutral to body, neutral to earth and phase to earth.
