Providing and fixing of MULTI ACTIVITY PLAY SYSTEM ROTO – (R-10) make ARIHANT/KOMPAN/LANDSCAPE STRUCTURE. Metal Square Deck With ROTO Tile Canopy : The square platform is made up of 16SWG G.I. sheet. Holes are embossed on top surface of platform to provide anti-skid surface to children. The vertical supports of the deck are made up of 100 NB GI pipes.Metal brazing frame is attached at the bottom to give extra support to the deck. Tile canopy is attached at the top of the deck which is made up of LLDPE (Low Linear Density Polyethylene) by rotational molding process. Metal Plain Bridge With ROTO Railing : The Plain Bridge is made up of 16SWG G.I. sheet. Holes are embossed on top surface of platform to provide anti-skid surface to children. Ribs are provided at the bottom of bridge to provide strength to Plain Bridge. Two sets of railings are attached at both sides of the plain bridge for safety purpose which are made up of LLDPE (Low Linear Density Polyethylene) by rotational molding process. These railings are supported by 20NB G.I. pipes and specially designed Nylon clamps. MAPS Bridge Ladder: The vertical frame of Bridge Ladder is made up of 100NB G.I. pipes. 20NB pipes are provided in between two 80NB G.I. pipes which act as steps for climbing. Top frame is fabricated in 40NB & 20NB G.I. pipes. 40NB pipes are bending to form ‘C’ shape. Nylon clamps are provided at end of C bends. MAPS Double Arc Swing: The arched shaped side frame is made of 80 NB GI pipes and top pipe is made up of 50 NB GI pipes. The frame is powder coated to give an esthetic look. The four swings are made up of 10 mm thick anti-skid chequered reinforced rubber top. The rubber belt seat is suspended on 6 mm rubber coated GI chain. The ball bearings are mounted inside a specially designed nylon clamp. ROTO Straight Tube 3’ht With Slide Entry: The straight tube slide is made up by bi-axial rotational molding process with the wall thickness of 5mm with UV stabilized LLDPE material which gives it a attractive look. This slide is designed as per ASTM & EN standards which are globally accepted standards. ROTO Spiral Slide With Slide Entry: The slide is completely made up of one piece with a thickness of 8mm keeping in consideration the ASTM & EN standards and also the material is mixed with UV stabilized food grade to make it UV resistance. The entry module of the slide is different from the other as it looks like as if going through a tunnel and then sliding through the slide. Metal Rock Climber 5’ : Central pad of Metal Ladder is made up of 16SWG G.I. sheet.. The steps are specially designed and made up of HDPE (High Density Polyethylene). ROTO Butterfly: This ROTO Butterfly is made up of rotational molding process which consists of LLDPE mixed with UV stabilized food grade material for making it UV resistant. METAL Split Level Ladder 2’ Ht: Metal Split level Ladder is made up of 16SWG G.I. sheet. Holes are embossed on top surface of ladder to provide anti-skid surface to children. Step is specially designed for the safety of the children. ROTO Cross Chekered Railing: This railing is made up of rotational molding process which consists of LLDPE mixed with UV stabilized food grade material for making it UV resistant. The railing is fixed on powder coated GI pipe frame of 20 NB. Roto Monkey with frame: This Roto Monkey with frame is made up of rotational moulding process which consists of LLDPE mixed with UV stabilized food grade material for making it UV resistant. All complete as per the direction of engineer in charge or as per approved drawing & design given by manufacturer including earth work, c:c work up to plinth level, c:c block 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 coarse sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) of required size as per department / manufacturers specifications and guidelines.

Technical Specification: •MGR frame: MGR Frame made from 40NB pipes welded together with bottom end over a circular plate meant for assembling bearing assembly. The top end of the pipe is welded with a ISF & a plate for mounting the animal (duck) over it. The four 40NB pipe are hold together with four 25NB pipe to form a strong structure. The GI plated bowl is used to cover the top of the bearing assembly. •Bearing assembly: Bearing assembly with two bearings 1. Ball Bearing used for smooth rolling action.2.
