Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of Hot Dip Galvanized Octagonal steel poles of 12 mtr. height made from 4mm thick sheet having bottom 200mm OAF and top 100mm OAF with built in connector box with M.S flush cover, M.S base plate size 320mm x320mm x20mm thick(nominal) complete including following accessories with mounted inbuilt control box having flush cover with 02 nos. mounting strips with tapped holes on existing RCC foundation with bolts and nuts, making connections , inter connection, with suitable size copper wire with thimble / lugs in the connection box (2500 mm height) earthing marking / numbering of poles complete as per drawing & technical specification attached with single arm bracket 1500 mtr long & supplying and fixing of following accessories mounted on built in control box. i) 6 mm thick phenolic laminated/Bakelite sheet inside the window mounted on the existing mounting strips inside the flush door. ii) 1 no. 63 amp terminal block suitable for following conductor / cable fixed on DIN channels i/c providing and fixing DIN channel of suitable length on the existing phenolic laminated / Bakelite sheet. iii) 16 sq mm. conductor – 2 nos. (incoming and outgoing looping) iv) 3C x 2.5 sqmm (for fitting) v) Terminal suitable for 6 SWG GI Wire / 2.5 sqmm wire. vi) 6 amp SPMCB, 10 kA ‘C’ Series – 2 no. including mounting on DIN channel , earth stud – 2 nos. welded at suitable height i/c washers, spring washers & nuts etc. vii) Suitable arrangement of saddling of incoming / outgoing cables. viii) Connector box GI cover with locking arrangement and GI round sleeve welded around cover box.

Providing and laying in position M 25 reinforced cement concrete foundation of size 750mm x750mm and 1800mm deep i/c excavation of earth providing cutting, bending and placing in position, reinforcement of cold twisted bars of 12mm dia 1960mm long (approx)atleast8Nos.and reinforcement ring of cold twisted bar of 8mm dia -2800mm(approx )- atleast 10Nos. (with 150mm approx. spacing) i/c supply of 4Nos M-24 X 750 mm long (150 mm top threaded portion & 250 mm top galvanized portion ) G,I. foundation bolt (EN 8-grade)with 3 nos. nuts , and 2 nos. washer, bolts along with 2Nos.Template /anchor plate of size 320x320mmx4mm thick having 4 Nos.26 mm dia holes to match PCD of poles base plate with positioning of foundation bolts and providing 90mm(O.D) 2 nos. DWC pipe for cable entry &exit as reqd.

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of LED street light fitting (IP-66 protection) of following rating complete with pressure die cast aluminium housing with all accessories including making connection & complete as per technical specification attached.
