Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level: 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Making bajri path including preparation of subgrade, supplying and laying brick aggregate of 50 mm nominal size 7.5 cm deep with blinding material consisting of 12 mm moorum and 12 mm red bajri consolidated with road roller.

Providing and laying cement concrete in kerbs, steps and the like at or near ground level excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing.a)1:1%:3 (1 Cement: 1% coarse sand(zone-lll) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: a)Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

40 mm thick fine dressed stone flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) with finished flush. a)Red sand stone

Stone work (machine cut edges) for wall lining etc. (veneer work) upto 10 metre height, backing filled with a grout of average 12 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) including pointing in white cement mortar 1:2 (1 white cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment matching the stone shade : (To be secured to the backing and the sides by means of cramps and pins which shall be paid for separately) : Red sand stone - exposed face fine dressed with roughbacking.a) 40 mm thick.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineerin-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured to calculate volume for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge).

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :a)Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

Providing & Installing the Mini Play House of make ARIHANT /KOMPAN/ LANDSCAPE STRUCTURES /OK PLAY/LEO/ KAALIA. of size 6.0x1.80mtr with Slide. Main Frame made of Round 80 NB Pipe Having min "B" class G.J. pipe. All the pipes should be ISI Marked (as per the IS 1239/2004) & of reputed brand. Ensuring the strength. Durability, stability & long life to the kids structure with safety as paramount Deck having 1035mm x750mm with collar of 65mm size made of perforated sheet. Hydraulic Precision punched holes made of min 10mm NB with sheet thickness of approx. 2.5mm. Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved byEngineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Annual maintenance of equipments to be carried out by the agency free of cost for First year, after the date of completion of the work as per schedule-A, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. a.) First Year (Free of Cost).

b.) At the end of 2ndyear from the date of Completion of the Work

c.) At the end of 3rd year from the date of Completion of the Work

Add for change in Rate of GST all (A/R) (MF=0.0633)

Note: In Case of Non-Complince of Maintenance of Children Play Equipment, A Panalty of Rs. 2,000/- per complaint for Equipment will be levied & will be recovered from running bill/final bill of contractor. 1) Contractor shall follow the relevant NGT, DPCC orders, and or any other govt. authority enforcing environmental and pollution control orders and if any fine/penalty/challan is imposed by any government agency, the cost of the same shall be solely borne by the contractor.
