Daily brooming of the Community hall i/c cleaning the floors with Wet duster once a day. Cleaning of the toilets, urinal with Harpic once a week and daily washing with phenyl, liquid putting naphthalene balls in urinals, odonil in all toilets as and when request, weeping the open area, parking area and removal of leaves from roofs from at least once a week i/c removal of spider webs from walls, ceiling and corner of all rooms and toilets, verandah etc., removal of dust from walls, fans light etc. Cleaning and desilting of sewer/drain up to municipal manhole to maintained free flow i/c disposal of swept/ other rubbish to approved MCD dustbin all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Terms & Conditions :- 1. The community hal at madipur to be cleaned Daily & Community hall at Pkt. III Paschim Vihar and A-3 Paschim Vihar to be cleaned on alternate Days. Each Community hall should be cleaned just beforw and after the booking day 2. The community hall shall be used for function by general public, so it shall be responsibly of the agency to properly clean the area before and immediately after function. 3. Swept material/waste collected shall be disposed off in the approved MCD Dhalao/dustbin or as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 4. Naphthalene balls to be placed in Urinal, wash basin as per S. No.1. 5. The Contractor shall also remove blockage/chokage from the outlets of urinals/toilets, chocked line if any, shall be cleaned off at priority. 6. Rate is inclusive of all T&P such as broom, kolchi, bamboo kharpachi, wheel barrow etc and shall be arranged by the contractor. 7. The agency should quote the rates accordingly as safe disposal within the municipal limits as per DPCC?NGT guidelines will be the sole responsibility of the agency and nothing extra shall be paid on this account by the department. Swept material/waste collected shall be disposed off daily in the approved MCD Dhalao or as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Taking permission of MCD Dhalao/Dumping site will be the sole responsibility of agency itself. 8. All safety measures/precautions are to be taken while doing the work in the office complex. In case of any casuality, agency will be sole responsible. 9. During execution of work if any challan is received in this office from NGT, MCD/DPCC/CPCB, local baod or any other govt. Agency, the same shall be borne by the agency and if fails the amount of challan will be recovered from the bill of agency. Nothing extra will be paid to agency on this account. 10. The Environment assistant on all working days in week or as when required and the plumber, carpenter as and when required, should be present from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM or as per direction of Engineer-in-charge/ If the work is not satisfactory or in case of non-obeyance or found late arrival, absent shall be marked for that day and no amount shall be paid for that day along with a penalty of Rs. 2000/- per day shall be imposed for each time above to the non payment against work required. In case of any dispute, decision of Engineer-in-charge shall be final and binding.
