For work costing between ₹500 to ₹1000 lakhs, the requirements are: - Graduate Engineer: 5 years of experience - Graduate Engineer or Diploma Engineer: 5 years of experience. For work costing between ₹150 to ₹500 lakhs, the requirements are: - Graduate Engineer: 5 years of experience - Graduate Engineer or Diploma Engineer: 5 years of experience. For work costing up to ₹150 lakhs, the requirements are: - Graduate Engineer or Diploma Engineer: 5 years of experience. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed similar works of magnitude specified below: - Three similar nature of works each of value not less than 40% of the estimate cost - Two similar works each of value not less than 60% of the estimated cost - One work of similar nature of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost in the last 7 years. The estimated cost of the work is Rs. 5,59,74,957.00. So, the values are: - 40% of Rs. 5,59,74,957.00 = Rs. 2,23,89,982.80 - 60% of Rs. 5,59,74,957.00 = Rs. 3,35,84,974.20 - 80% of Rs. 5,59,74,957.00 = Rs. 4,47,99,965.60 The value of executed works shall be brought to current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum.
