The bidder should have satisfactorily completed similar works of a certain magnitude. The required prior work experience includes having completed: - Three similar works each of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost, which is Rs. 1,08,15,116.00, - Two similar works each of value not less than 60% of the estimated cost, which is Rs. 1,62,22,674.00, - One work of similar nature of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost, which is Rs. 2,16,30,232.00, in the last 7 years. Additionally, for cost of work ranging from ₹1000 to ₹2000 lakhs, the Project Manager should have 10 years of experience. A Graduate Engineer or Diploma Holder with 5 years of experience is also required. For cost of work ranging from ₹500 to ₹1000 lakhs, a Graduate Engineer with 5 years of experience is required. For cost of work ranging from ₹150 to ₹500 lakhs, a Graduate Engineer or Diploma Engineer with 5 years of experience is required. For cost of work up to ₹150 lakhs, a Graduate Engineer or Diploma Engineer with 5 years of experience is required.
