The details are given in th tender enquiry. Note:- (a) The rates are inclusive of EPF,ESI,Dress, Bonus (as applicable) and GST @ 18%. The contractor will be given payment of EPF,ESI,Dress,Bonus and GST only after proof of payment of the same to the employees as produced/submitted to the department. Non-payment of the same shall be deducted from RAR/BG,s & paid directly to concerned regulatory authority/Staff. (b) Any Change in EPF, ESI, Bonus (as applicable),GST and VDA due to statutory guidelines shall be adjusted (increase / decrease) with the payment to the contractor on submittion of proof of payment. (c) The contractor shall ensure that salary shall not be less than the provision under minimum wages act and all other benifits as per entitlement to the staff as per Govt Guidelines amended from time to time.
