Material and labour for earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m deep below normal ground connected to copper strip 20 x 3 mm as earthing lead by means of bolts nuts check nuts and washer of copper, watering pipe of 20 mm bore galvanised iron light grade and 40 mm bore galvanised iron light grade for earth strip protection including all excavation earth work in any type of soil, PCC pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 and RCC 1:2:4, type B1 for precast chamber cover 50 mm thick, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric or XPM Jali (weight not less than 4.00 Kg / sqm), with charcoal, salt, funnel complete all as shown in the electrical plate No 3 of SSR part –I and testing of earthing on completion all as specified & directed..Note:- Quoted rates shall be deemed to include for earth strip with protection pipe up to 7.5 M length

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized iron earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m deep below normal ground connected to galvanized steel wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts nuts check nuts and washer of galvanized steel, watering pipe of 20 mm bore, galvanised iron, light grade, and 15 mm bore galvanised iron light grade for earth wire protection including all excavation earth work in any type of soil, PCC pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 and RCC 1:2:4, type B1 for precast chamber cover 50 mm thick, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric or XPM Jali (weight not less than 4.00 Kg / sqm), with charcoal, salt, funnel complete all as shown in the electrical plate No 3 of SSR part –I and testing on completion. Note:-Quoted rates shall be deemed to include for earth wire with protection pipe up to 7.5 M length.

Supply and fix galvanised iron strip of size 25 x 4 mm with epoxy insulators and fixing screws etc for earth continuity conductors to test point terminal including taking down old strip all as directed by Engr in charge.

S&F in repair 4 mm dia galvanised steel wire as in earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall or buried in ground or drawn in conduit / pipe or fixed to poles or any other situation for loop earthing etc.

M & L for PCC pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 and RCC 1:2:4, type B1 along with precast chamber cover 50 mm thick, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric or XPM Jali (weight not less than 4.00 Kg / sqm) all as specified and directed by engg -in-charge

Supply & fix epoxy insulators with necessary fixing arrangements on wall/roof etc.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized iron earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m deep below normal ground connected to galvanized steel strip 25 x 4 mm size by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanized steel, watering pipe of 20 mm bore, galvanised iron, light grade, and 40 mm bore galvanised iron light grade for earth strip protection including all excavation earth work in any type of soil, PCC pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) and RCC 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) for precast chamber cover 50 mm thick, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric or XPM Jali (weight not less than 4.00 Kg / sqm), with charcoal, salt, funnel complete all as shown in the electrical plate No 3 of SSR part –I and testing of earthing on completion complete all as specified & directed. Note:- Quoted rates shall be deemed to include for earth strip with protection pipe up to 7.5 M length.

Material and labour for test point termination block made of Gun Metal or phospherous bronze 75mmx75mmx25mm of 6mm thick and screwed including 3 nos 8mm dia 25 mm long hex head screw complate with all fixing arrangements.

Supply & fix in repair four pointed ( centre tip 150 mm and side spike 75 mm) copper spike lighting arrester heavy duty copper rod of size 15 mm dia both end screwed for easy fitment and 1.5 metre long and heavy duty copper base plate of size 75 mm x 75 mm, duly drilled on four corners with necessary fixing arrangement on top / side of pole complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in - Charge.

Supply and fix copper strip of size 20 x 3 mm with epoxy insulators and fixing screws etc for earth continuity conductors to test point terminal including taking down old strip all as directed by Engr in charge.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surface earthing chamber & RCC cover and applying two coat synthetic enamel paint over one coat primer and writing equipment name (2 cm height letter) with black synthetic enamel paint all as directed by Engg in Charge

M & L for brazing of copper strip using brazing torch of suitable temp and using brazing rod all as specified and directed by Engg -in-charge

Material and labour earthing pit with copper earth plat of size 90 cm X 60 cm X 5mm thick buried directly in gournd vertically to a depth not less than 4M below normal ground level , connected to & including 32 x 6 mm copper strip by means of nuts, boltsm check nuts and washers made of copper and connected to test point including brazing and excvation and earth work in any type of soil , charcoal 250 KG , Crystal salt 200 KG, magnesium sulphate of 100 KG and vegetable soil all around the plate 35 CM depth bottom to top of the plate full width of pin including PCC 1:3:6 type C1 in chamber of internal size 300 X 300 X 300 mm with wall thick ness of 120mm and 700 X 700 X 150mm bed concrete , precast PCC salb 50mm thick in cement concrete ( 1:2:4) type B1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric or XPM Jali( weight not less than 4.00 Kg/sqm) with cast iron frame, funnel, with wire mesh, 25mm bore medium grade GI waterin pipe, lugs, 80mm bore medium grade GI protection pipe , test point etc complete all as specified and directed.
