Cutting existing Galvanised iron pipes of 40mm or 50mm dia and screwing existing steel tubing for alterations or additions complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling the centrifugal pump set of capacity upto 5 HP, 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 Hz of any type/make and carrying out servicing, overhauling, greasing and examine carefully , repairs and replacement of minor spare parts such as gaskets of any type, gland rope, shaft key,terminal board, mechanical seal, shaft sleeve, gland plate, nuts, bolts and washers and including replacement of spares Viz: copuling set with rubber bush, gun metal impeller, ball bearing (D.E), ball bearing (N.D.E), stailess steel shaft, external fan, delivery flange, suction flange, bearing housing and ressembling, including painting to pump set and base frame with two coat of synthetic enamel paint of existing colour after preparation of surfaces to achieve smooth finish including reconnecting of pipes and electric connection to existing system and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) copuling set with rubber bush, gun metal impeller, ball bearing (D.E), ball bearing (N.D.E), stailess steel shaft, external fan, delivery flange, suction flange, bearing housing, if required shall be measured and paid separately as supply only (ii) The rate quoted by contractor shall deemed to be included of all replacement of minor spare parts other than supply only. (iii) The cost of transport to civil trade shop for repairs ideemed to be included in rate quoted by the contractor (iv) Labour charges for replacement of items under supply only are deemed to be included in rate quoted by the contractor

Supply only Stainless steel shaft for centrifugal pump set 5 HP complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only External fan for centrifugal pump set 5 HP complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Delivery flange for centrifugal pump set 5 HP complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Suction flange for centrifugal pump set 5 HP complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Bearing housing for centrifugal pump set 5 HP complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for rewinding of centrifugal motor of capacity upto 5 HP, 3 phase, 415 volts of any type/make with super enamelled copper winding wire of existing gauge and number of turns including removing old burnt out winding carefully without damaging to other parts and testing complete all as specified and directed Note for item No's 11 to 21 :- The cost of transport to civil trade shop for rewinding is deemed to be included in rate quoted by the contractor

Repairs to calcium based granular dozing unit alongwith booster motor of any make / type duly renewal of components and accessories such as discharge valve, suction valve, diapharm including rewinding of 0.5 HP motor, 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 Hz with super enamelled copper wire of appropriate gauge and reassembling the pump set and dozing unit and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of old unserviceable DOL starter from existing position after disconnecting of electric connection and supply and fix new DOL starter three phase, 415 volts, 50 Hz suitable for 1HP to 3HP pumpset complete with inbuilt accessories such as contactor, relay, timer etc and fully prewired in sheet steel enclosure and connecting to the existing system including testing complete all as specified and directed. Make :- L&T/Siemens/Crompton

Removing of old unserviceable DOL starter from existing position after disconnecting of electric connection and supply and fix new DOL starter three phase, 415 volts, 50 Hz suitable for 5 HP pumpset complete with inbuilt accessories such as contactor, relay etc and fully prewired in sheet steel enclosure and connecting to the existing system including testing complete all as specified and directed. Make :- L&T/Siemens/Crompton

Removing the unserviceable single phasing preventor after disconnecting of electric connection and supply and fix new single phasing preventor 415V, AC, 50Hz suitable for pumpset upto 5 HP and reconnecting of electric cables and testing complete all as specified and directed Make : Minilec / L&T / Siemens

Supply and Fix LED phase indicating lamp R-Y-B colour as required at site complete with base holder suitable for AC, 240 volts and testing including removing of old unserviceable lamps complete all as specified and directed. Make : Minilec / L&T / Siemens/AE

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.50 metre wide and not exceeding 1.50 metre deep for laying water main pipe/ cables etc., getting out and forming bottom surface to required gradient, complete all as specified and as directed .

Returning, filling in, of soft/ loose soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each complete, all as specified and as directed .

Removing excavated materials not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point in soils, complete all as specified and as directed .

M & L for carry out water quality anyalsis for bacterial , chemical and biological analysis including for collection of water samples from the Pump House at 8.0 Area - 01 , Pump House at 0.3 Area -01, or form location as specified by Engineer-in-charge and testing from Govt approved testing laboratory , submitting of report from minium following parameters . (a) Turbudity (NTU) (b) pH (c ) Total Hardness as CsCO2(mg/l) (d) Iron as Fe(mg/l) (e) Magnesium as Mg (mg/l) (f) E-coli or thermotolerant coliform bacteria (g) Remarks of Govt testing lab . Notes: 1. Saperate water samples should be collected & tested for Each location as specified above (02 Locations ) 2. Not Carrying out water test/Non submission of water test report in respective month will impose penalty at the two times of quoted rates

Material and Labour for construction of brick masonary valve chamber 900 x 900 x 900 mm (internal dimensions), 15 cm thick foundation by using PCC 1:4:8 (type D2), brick work in cement mortor 1:6,10 mm thick plaster internally and 15 mm thick externally in CM 1:4 above ground level, 6 mm thick MS sheet cover with hinges, with hold fasts and locking arrangement fixed to angle iron frame made out of 40mmX40mmX6mm complete with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer on all metal works and two coat of white wash on all plastered surfaces of valve chamber including excavation, earth work in any strata including disposal of surplus soil to a distance of not exc 50 mtr complete all as specified and directed

Material and Labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level, connected to and including galvanised iron strip of size 25 x 4 mm from earth electrode to test point or up to 7.5 mtrs whichever is less by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR Pt-I and GI watering pipe of 20 mm dia medium grade, GI funnel with wire mesh including char coal, salt packed all around the earth electrode plate in layers, PCC earth pit chamber 1:3:6 type C1, RCC cover 1:2:4 type B1, excavation, earth work in any strata and returning filling, removal of surplus soil and testing for required value complete all as specified and directed

Supply,fixing, jointing and testing CI sluice valve 80mm bore ,both end flanged, long body, class PN-1, conforming to IS 14846-2000, duly ISI marked, with iron wheel and brass spindle and fly nut, bolts, washers and rubber gasket, fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Supply,fixing , jointing and testing CI sluice valve 100 mm bore ,both end flanged, long body, class PN-1, conforming to IS 14846-2000, duly ISI marked, with iron wheel and brass spindle and fly nut, bolts, washers and rubber gasket, fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
