Taking down cement plaster of any description from walls, ceilings etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. removal of rubbish off the premises and removal of debris out side from MD land etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:6) internal plaster on brick/concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 Sqm including 3 mm thick wall care putty over new surfaces. Completed all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 610 mm dia CONSEC-ZAL Super Razor punched barb tape (SRBT) Aluminium base helix coil with and including necessary GI fixing clips for securing complete all as specified and as directed with following specifications : (i) Dia of coil (un stretched) - 610 mm .(ii) No. of circles - 51 turn per coil.(iii) Weight of each coil with hessain pack - 8.50 Kg ( + 0.50Kg ). (iv) Coverage per coil - 8 RM (v) Central core wire - Made from 2.60 mm dia GI - HTSS wire as per IS- 4454 galvanized as per IS -2629 . (vi) Razor punched strip Razer punched tape is CONSEC-ZAL steel comprising of Aluminium base with zinc alloy @ 150 gm/Sqm conforming to ASTM A-792/A-792M with additional primer treated of Epoxy/Polyurethane and final paint top coat of Caulified green shade (BSL -139) by Hot Dipping process including removing old concertina coil fencing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- charge. Note: - Running length of the wall shall be measured for the payment purpose.

S&F for galvanised, 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel wire, staples or steel pins as directed (each line wire to be measured).

M & L for mild steel conforming to grade Fe-165 (Fe-290) angle post or struts in fencing fixed independently including cutting and bending to shape as directed drilling holes, notching for wire etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for applying one coats of synthetic enamel on old steel surfaces of any description exceeding 10cm in width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint on steel surfaces girth exc 10 cm and over a coat of red oxide incl preparation of new steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for broken glass coping in Cement Mortar (1:3) on top of walls, complete all as specified and directed.

TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, as reinforcement for concrete cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for cement concrete 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate ) as in coping , benching and similar works including weathering , slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, etc. including necessary formwork, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 60 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete with all accessories and necessary fixing arrangement on wall at any height including three core 0.5 sqmm copper cable from connector to fitting and removing old unserviceable item complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 35 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete with all accessories and necessary fixing arrangement on wall at any height including three core 0.5 sqmm copper cable from connector to fitting and removing old unserviceable item complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fix GI bracket pipe of size 32 mm dia medium grade of 1.2 mtr long bent to shape hot or cold suitable for street light fitting and making the one end of GI pipe bracket suitable for fixing of any type street light fitting and shall be fixed on wall surfaces. The bracket pipe shall be welded to the MS strip of size 32mmX 5mm thick at three places for purpose of giving strengthening to the bracket pipe and fixing with necessary suitable nuts,bolts & washers and removing of old unserviceable item complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fix rigid non-metallic PVC conduit 25 mm dia medium grade including conduit accessories for encasing the cable from looping box to street light fittings on PCC poles/on wall surfaces as per site requirement with neccessary base saddles all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix post top lantern LED type 40 watt 230 watt volts AC outdoor type with decorative post top for 360 degree indirect light IP 65 protection with impact andcorrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix copper conductor cable, PVC insulated, sheathed,flexible, multistranded,ISI marked, 1100 volts grade, 3 core ;2.5 sqmm and including connection and testing and removing old unserviceable items complete all as specified and directed. Make : Havells/polycab/KEI/Finolex

Design, Supply, installation,testing at site and comissioning 15/16 metre high mast suitable for 180 KM/hr wind speed and having two point suspension system with stainless steel wire rope of 316/304 of 7/19 construction suitable for mounting maximum 8 Nos of 200 Watts LED flood lights symmetrically fitted consisting of the following : Make of Mast : Crompton Greaves / Surya / C&S / Philips / Havells.

(a) Hot dip galvanised (internally and externally) Mast 15/16meter high having top diameter 150mm and bottom diameter 410mm continuously tapered, in two sections, 20 side polygon made out of high tensile steel plates S 355 grade as per BS-EN 10 025 having only one longitudinal weld and no circumferential weld joint for each section, bottom section 10.980 mtr long made of 4mm thick sheet and top section 5.47 mtr long made of 3mm thick sheet, both sections jointed at site by slip stress fit method with min overlap.

(b) Hot dip galvanised Base plate having dia 570mm made out of 25mm thick galvanised high tensile steel plates S 355 grade as per BS-EN 10 025, drilled holes for and including 8 Nos 30mm dia 850mm long TS 600 type foundation bolts.

(c) Luminaires carriage 710mm internal dia, made out of Hot Dip galvanised 50mm ERW class 'B' MS pipe galvanised, 6 arm two sections having welded flanges and jointed at site by means of steel bolts etc, suitable for maximum 08 luminaires including holes for cable crossing and cast aluminium weather proof junction box for cable connections

(d) Winch for raising and lowering of luminaires with carriage having safe working load 750 kg, double drum having oil bath type self lubricating worm gear, with two continuous steel wire ropes 7/19 construction 6mm dia, AISI 316 grade having breaking cap 2350 Kg, operated with single speed three phase electric motor of appropriate capacity and manually by means of handle in case motor is faulty or failure of electric supply, complete with ratchet, limit switches etc as per standard engineering practice to avoid falling of carrirer during raising or lowering.

(e) Single trailing cable 1100 volts grade with flexible copper conductor EPR insulated PCP sheathed min 6.00 Sqmm, 10 cores suitable for 08 luminares or independent electric connection for each luminaire all as required and directed.

(f) Weather proof hinged opening with locking arrangement at bottom of the mast for installation of winch and electric panel as per manufacturer recommendations.

(g) Provision of PCC/RCC foundation including design as per manufacturer's recommendations suitable for 16 metres high mast with accessories as detailed in respective item and casting at site including necessary earth work as required for foundation complete all as directed by the Engineer in charge. (Note : High mast shall be installed under guidance of Company's engineer. Flood Light fittings shall be measured and paid separately)

(h) Supply & fix High mast light control switch board of size 40 x 40 x 30 cm , out door type made out of CRCA sheet 3.15 mm thick factory fabricated, duly powder coated, dust and vermine proof with front and back door openable having pressure locking arrangement, control wiring for metering equipment shall be with 1.5 Sqmm and interconnection between switch gears of 6 Sqmm copper conductor suitable to include the followings accessories (i) MCBs TPN, 415 Volts 16 Amps, C Curve (ii) Timer switch, digital type 16 Amp (Make : legrand or Hager) (iii) Air break contactor AC 415 volts, 50 HZ 3 phase 32 A with operating coil voltage 220 volts. 01 No (iv) Toggle switch 5 amps 230 volts for auto/manual operation – 01 No (v) Ammeter with CT's of suitable ratio digital type alongwith four pole selector switch (vi) Voltmeteter digital type 415 Volts with seven step selector switch.

Supply and fixing single pointed air termination aluminium rod 12 mm dia 600 mm long including nuts & bolts for fixing air termination rod to pole/ pipe duly insulated by providing appropriate insulator all as required at site.

Supply and fixing LED aviation light 6 Watt single doom suitable to work on 230 Volts including fixing arrangement on high mast light all as directed by Engr-in-Charge Make - Surya / Havells /CG /Bajaj

Supply and fix aluminum strip 25x3.15 mm as roof conductor or down conductor or along the pole/pipe complete with saddles/ insulators made out of porcelain or fibere and fixing screws all as required at site or directed.

Supply and fixing LED flood light 200/210 watt (20000 lm output) 230 V AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 sq mm 4 core

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 35 sq mm 3.5 core. Note: (i) Excavation, Earth work,sand cushioning, cable cover and protection pipe shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning LT panel board suitable for working on 3 phase, 4 wire, 415 volts, AC, 50Hz Outdoor type, cubicle, floor mounted, free standing, dust and vermin proof, air ventilation, factory fabricated made out of 3.2 mm thick CRCA sheet duly powder coated and shall be CPRI approved and as approved by GE. The Panel shall have front and rear opening, locking arrangement, bus bar chamber and switch gear compartment, hinged door with rubber gasket, bottom cable entry holes for incoming and out going cables, earthing terminals, affix danger notice plate, aluminium bus bar duly covered with heat shrink sleeves colour coded duly fixed on DMC/SMC insulators, aluminium strip connection from bus bar to outgoing MCCBs and copper conductor cable of adequate size for MCBs, housed in a separate bus bar chamber and control wiring adequate size and length, outgoing MCCBs shall have extended bus bar links and Panel mounted on 50x50x5mm size MS angle iron frame duly painted including PCC 1:2:4 Type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation design subject to approval of GE as per site requirement. The minimum depth, height, width of panel is 450x1800x1500 mm respectively, minimum clearance from ground level is 450mm including removing old unserviceable item complete all as specified and directed and comprising of following :- Note:- (i) contractor shall provide CPRI certification of the panel.

Supply and laying unreinforced precast factory made concrete cable cover, class LV, Type -I, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches , not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr depth for laying of cables, pipe lines, protection pipes and foundations etc and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in soil including spreading leveling watering and well rammimg in layer n exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed

Removing excavated soil not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed

Supply and filling in and spreading unwashed river sand for cushioning and covering the under ground cables in trenches upto 23 cm and punning to 18 cm to provide required cover complete all as specified in SSR Part-I and as directed. Note: Punned thickess i.e 18 cm shall be measured for payment purpose.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion
