Supply and fix rigid non-metallic PVC conduit 25 mm dia medium grade including conduit accessories for encasing the cable from looping box to street light fittings on PCC poles/on wall surfaces as per site requirement with neccessary base saddles all as specified and directed. Supply and fix copper conductor cable, PVC insulated, sheathed,flexible, multistranded,ISI marked, 1100 volts grade, 3 core ;2.5 sqmm and including connection and testing and removing old unserviceable items complete all as specified and directed. Note for item No 05 to 07 :- (i) Excavation & Earth work,sand cushioning, cable cover and protection pipe shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) The cable shall be in one length unless otherwise directed by the GE. (iii) Make for item No 05 to 07:- Havells/polycab/KEI/Finolex ISI Marked

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 35.0 sq mm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 sq mm 4 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying unreinforced precast factory made concrete cable cover, class LV, Type -I, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches , not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr depth for laying of cables, pipe lines, protection pipes and foundations etc and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches beyond 1.5 m wide and n.exc. 3 m deep for foundation of poles/stay etc including getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning filling in soil including spreading leveling watering and well rammimg in layer n exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed

Removing excavated soil not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed

Sand cushioning to cable with dry fine sand in trenches 8 cm below the cable and 15 cm above the cable after laying complete all as specified.

M&L Plain cement concrete (1: 4 : 8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates ) as in foundation of pole etc all specified and directed.

M&L Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type C-2 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in pole coping incl necessary form work complete all as specified.

M&L Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified.

Supply and fix analogue time switch(Daily time switch) suitable for outdoor with power contactor 63 Amps ML-2 type,3Phase,415 volts and MCCB TPN 63 Amps,25 KA , digital time switch two module, including bus bar of suitable capacity with arrangement of auto/mannual control switch duly prewired and all accessories same shall be enclosed in and including sheet metal enclosure of 3.2 mm thick CRCA sheet of adequate size with powder coated, fixing arrangements on floor including powder coated painting and mounted on 50x50x6 mm MS angle iron frame duly painting and including removing old unserviceable item complete all as specified and directed. M&L Earthing in repair complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm buried directly in ground not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level connected to the Galvanised iron strip 32x6mm size by means of bolts ,nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron and 32x6mm GI strip Procter by provision of GI light grade pipe 40 mm bore incl provision of concrete pit in PCC1:2:4 type B-i , using 20 mm graded stone aggregates with 40 mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM weight not less than 4 Kg /Sqm and 6mm dia bar handle ,excavation and earth work in any type of soil ,charcoal dust and salt light grade GI watering pipe 20 mm bore with funnel and wire mashand medium grade GI protection pipe 15mm bore 5 Mtr long and GI strip up to main earthing complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Sch 2009 Part-I all as specified and directed . (i) Main earthing strip from earth plate electrode to test point up to length of 7.5 meters length shall deem to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item . (ii) On testing after completion if the desired resistenance is not obtained the contractor shall redo the earthing without any extra cost to the department .
