Supply, Install, test and commissioning On-line UPS (Unitnterruptible Poser Supply) of 50 KVA having system with input voltage 415 volts, Three phase and output voltage 415 volts Threee phase with Automatic static switch and manual bypass arrangement including SMF Battery bank 30 minute back up at full load having IGBT sine weighted PWM technology, forced cooling type internally prewired complete with all accessories and including digital type multifunction meter for measuring voltage, ammeter & Frequency with inbuilt selector switch, operating control by providing suitable MCCB, battery ON/OFF switch, manual by pass switch for servicing purpose, static switch for automatic transfer to mains in case of inverter failure, LED indicating lamps R,Y,B for mains and for output U,V,W. The UPS shall have protection against output under/over voltage, over load/short circuit, input over/under voltage, input phase fail/reversal, low battery, over temperature, IGBT fuse protection and the system shall be housed in MS sheet steel cabinet having wheels with IP-21 protection and duly painted with powder coated paint. The UPS shall be an upright, free standing with removable side covers, hinge mounting front and back doors. AC filter chokes & transformers are mounted on the bottom plate of the cabinet. Cable entry holes shall be provided at bottom side of the cabinet. Battery stand along with necessary battery interconnections by providing copper cables. The UPS shall meet the technical parameters such as input voltage 415 volts (+/-) 15%; Frequency 50 Hz (+/-) 6%; Power factor 0.8 lag to unity at output; voltage 415 volts phase and 240 volts phase to neutral; voltage adjustment (+/-) 10% of norminal voltage; Regulation (+/-) 1% for 10% to 100% load variation area and (+/-)a% for (-) 15% & (+)15% input supply variation; voltage balance (+/-) 2% for balanced load and (+/-) 3% for 50% unbalanced load; current at UPF 55 amps per phase and 70 amps per phase at 0.8 PF; over load at 125% for 5 minutes and 150% for 10 seconds complete all asspecified and directed.Make of On-line UPS:- Protech services model no PS-50-50-3P-415 SS or equivalent make in Uniline/Sinetrac/Aplab Make of SMF battery:- Exide/Quanta/Hi Power/Amaron/Amararaja
