Material & Labour for 200 mm Outer dia of Elbow of HDPE pipe fittings suitable for holding capacity 16 Kg/sqcm pressure complete including all materials for HDPE but welded / flanged joints with the help of stob end, flange rubber gasket, nut bolts, washers etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for disconnecting and removing the MOTOR of capacity 15HP to 20 HP from pump sets and foundations/ base frame located at swimming pool, by disconnecting electrical connections and pump couplers, taking it to workshop for repair, dismantling stator and rotor assembly, removing burnt out winding wires complete, rewinding the stator with same guage and type of insulation copper conductor winding wires and insulation sheets , applying insulating varnish over the complete winding, drying up by heating , assembling back the stator and rotor including replacement of nuts, bolts, studs, Gasket, packing, locking pin, terminal blocks, and terminal bolts and nuts and misc accessories & hardware required for making motor functional, both end bearings (labour only) with same size/make complete for following motors all as specified and as directed :- Note: 1. Bearing shall be measured and paid saperately.

Supply and Fix in repair and Replacement of LED type under water pool light fitting 6/10 watt (as per existing) capacity made of stainless steel having size 300mm dia & 40mm height, sleek design with LED bulb, operating voltage 12 volts, step down transformer, water seal gasket including electric connection through 4 sqmm, 3 core complete in all respect and testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Make ION exchange code No LED 6W/UV Rich Model No LED -F 501 or equivalent in Cromption/ Wipro/Bajaj. Note :- (i) Each under water fittings shall be connected through independent step down transformer 230v/ 12 v.

Supply and fix Pump shaft made of stainless steel for Kirloskar make pumpset of Centrifugal monoblock Pump set of Make Kirloskar 15 HP motor.

Material and labour for nylon net for picking leaf as per existing size etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for carry out Comprehensive maintenance/servicing through qualified and experienced technician for Centrifugal Monoblock pump sets of capacity 15 HP to 20 HP (Pump & Motor) including checking of electrical connections, LT Panel, starter, contactors, relays, pump controllers, timers, Bearings of pump and motors, shafts, coupling, cooling fan, gland packing, nut bolts, foundation, winding of motors, checking of impeller, suction and delivery piping inside pump house, checking of foot valve etc and carry out necessary preventive maintenence including tightening of loose electrical/mechanical connections, replacemnt of burnt/unserviceable control panel/power panel wiring with same size copper conductor as and when required, oiling, greasing, provn of gland packing, replacement of warn out/rusted nut, bolts, bushes, washers, greasing nipples, locking pin, rubber gaskets, setting of relays, contactors, air plug, etc for efficient running of Pump sets all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F in replacement Power Contactor 3-Pole with AC Coil 50 Amps along with Aux. Contacts 02NO & 02NC for 3 phase star delta starter AC 440 volts 50Hz make as approved in the existing panel, connecting up and testing all in repairs incuiding material for wiring if required as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing hard plastics teeth brush for cleaning of swimming pool of size 30 cm length and width not less than 10 cms fixed with light grade GI Pipe 15 mm bore of 8 Mtr Length.

S & F Thermal overload relay range 20 to 33 Amps including taking down the old relay incuiding material for wiring if required complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing PVC Flexible hose pipe as per existing size (50/40mm dia) for suction / outlet of water in swimming pool installation complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only coupling suitable for centrifugal pumpset coupled with 20 HP motor along with flanges, nuts, bolts, washers, etc incluiding all cutting key and to suit shaft of pumpset and motors all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for Cast Iron Foot Valve 100 mm dia bore, having cast iron body perforated CI/MS strainer, Gunmetal seat, one end flanged ISI mark, including required number of nuts, bolts, gaskets, seat etc complete in all respect and testing against leakage complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for disconnecting and removing the PUMP SET of capacity 15 HP to 20 HP from its foundations/ base frame located at swimming pool by disconnecting suction, delivery pipes, pump couplers and electrical connections, taking it to workshop for repair, Dismantling and opening up of PUMP assembly complete, removing worn out Gland, bush, shafts, pump Housing, bearing, Gland Packing, Pin locking set, nuts and bolts, washers etc., and replacing with new parts of same make/model/type including necessary machining works as required, assembling, Balancing and refixing the pump back to its postion after getting repair and making all connections, carry out alignment, and testing for satisfactory function all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for carry out water quality anyalsis for bacterial , chemical and biological analysis including for collection of water samples from the Swimming pool at TRV Area or form location as specified by Engineer-in-charge and testing from Govt approved testing laboratory , submitting of report from minimum following parameters . (a) Turbudity (NTU) (b) pH (c ) Total Hardness as CsCO2(mg/l) (d) Iron as Fe(mg/l) (e) Magnesium as Mg (mg/l) (f) E-coli or thermotolerant coliform bacteria (g) Remarks of Govt testing lab . Notes: 1. Saperate water samples should be collected & tested for above location as specified above (Duration Every Three Months/ as and when directed by Engr-in-charge).. 2. Not Carrying out water test/Non submission of water test report in respective month will impose penalty at the two times of quoted rates.
