Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 Sqm but not exc 2 Sqm each and removing to store all as specified and directed.

S& F for Providing and fixing Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for shutters of doors,windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws all complete as per architectural drawings including taking down old one all complete as specified and directed.

M & L for Resecuring or easing & adjusting without taking down shutters of any description exc 2.00 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for PVC (SWR) pipes 110mm bore single socketed, in any length and any description with rubber ring joints fixed to walls etc including taking down old one all complete as specified and directed

S&F for 110mm bore of pipe PVC (SWR Grade) bends with access door of any radius all as specified and directed.

S&F for 110mm PVC (SWR) vent cowl all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces, washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surface on walls with plaster putty of 1 mm thick and applying one coat of oil bound distemper paint on walls over and including one coat of alkali resistant primer etc complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for preparation of old surfaces washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surface on ceilings and applying one coat of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for preparetion of old surfaces on walls and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for preparation of old surfaces washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surface on walls and applying one coat of oil bound distemper paint on walls ,etc complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces exc 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces exc 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for WPT to non accessible RCC roof slab/chajja/canopy/ parpet etc to be executed surface thoroughly wire brushed, washed and dried up and cleaned of all foreign matter and dust to receive Shalitex primer @300 gms/sqm for laying 3.00 mm thick super thermolay (APP modified membrane with polyster reinforcement) 3.6 Kg/Sqm laid by torch application method and 75mm overlap in longitudinal direction and 100mm in transverse direction, a coat of silver shield (solar reflective aluminium paint) @ 0.12 Kg/Sqm all as per mfgs instructions etc complete all as specified and as directed.
