Taking out existing underground defective cable of any type and size from the trenches and from any other locations (including taking out of cable covers, pipes etc) complete all as directed.

M&L Earthing in repair complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm buried directly in ground not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level connected to the Galvanised iron strip 32x6mm size by means of bolts ,nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron and 32x6mm GI strip Procter by provision of GI light grade pipe 40 mm bore incl provision of concrete pit in PCC1:2:4 type B-i , using 20 mm graded stone aggregates with 40 mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM weight not less than 4 Kg /Sqm and 6mm dia bar handle ,excavation and earth work in any type of soil ,charcoal dust and salt light grade GI watering pipe 20 mm bore with funnel and wire mashand medium grade GI protection pipe 15mm bore 5 Mtr long and GI strip up to main earthing complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Sch 2009 Part-I all as specified and directed . Supply, installation, testing and commissioning LT panel board suitable for working on 3 phase, 4 wire, 415 volts, AC, 50Hz Outdoor type, cubicle, floor mounted, free standing, dust and vermin proof, air ventilation, factory fabricated made out of 3.2 mm thick CRCA sheet duly powder coated and shall be CPRI approved and as approved by GE. The Panel shall have front and rear opening, locking arrangement, bus bar chamber and switch gear compartment, hinged door with rubber gasket, bottom cable entry holes for incoming and out going cables, earthing terminals, affix danger notice plate, aluminium bus bar duly covered with heat shrink sleeves colour coded duly fixed on DMC/SMC insulators, aluminium strip connection from bus bar to outgoing MCCBs and copper conductor cable of adequate size for MCBs, housed in a separate bus bar chamber and control wiring adequate size and length, outgoing MCCBs shall have extended bus bar links and Panel mounted on 50x50x5mm size MS angle iron frame duly painted including PCC 1:2:4 Type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation design subject to approval of GE as per site requirement. Supply and lay GI pipe 50mm dia light grade in any lenght with all GI fittings such as socket, elbow, bend, union, Tee etc laid in trenches/duct/culvert/road crossing etc for protection of airfield lighting cable and electric cable including removing old unserviceable item complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay GI pipe 80mm dia light grade in any lenght with all GI fittings such as socket, elbow, bend, union, Tee etc laid in trenches/duct/culvert/road crossing etc for protection of airfield lighting cable and electric cable including removing old unserviceable item complete all as specified and directed. Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth; for laying of cables ,protection pipes and foundations etc. and getting out in any soil all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover,class LV, Type 1, flt, size 250mmx150mmx40mm complete all as specified and directed

Supply and filling in and spreading unwashed river sand for cushioning and covering the under ground cables in trenches upto 23 cm and punning to 18 cm to provide required cover complete all as specified in SSR Part-I and as directed. Note: Punned thickess i.e 18 cm shall be measured for payment purpose.

Material and labour for point wiring complete with 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated, FRLS type, ISI marked,conforming to IS-694/1990 unsheathed, multistranded, single core, copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade colour code cables drawn through and including PVC medium grade conduit not less than 25mm dia. ISI marked with all aceessories concealed in walls/roofs/ ceilings/floors etc including concealed PVC box for fixing of and including modular plate as per no of switch modules flush mounted suitable for fixing modular switches , sockets,fan regulators etc.including modular plate cover of required size with necessary stainless steel cadmium plated screws and including 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated, multistranded, FRLS type,unsheathed(Green colour),single core, copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor and connecting to common earth dolly and including making good the disturbed surfaces to match with existing surface and colour shade complete all as specified and directed for point wiring with 2.5 sqmm (for phase and neutral) and earth conductor of size 1.5 sqmm complete all as specified and directed for One 6 pin 16/6 amps socket outlet point controlled by one 16 amps switch on independent board.

Supply and install testing and commissioning of split type air conditioner 2 TR capacity of inverter technology 3 star rating with inbuilt air ionisor filter and plasma filter for better indoor air quality EER 3.2 with cordless remote control,single phase,240 volts complete with all accessories such as indoor and outdoor units and refrigerant tubing of adequate length as required at site, indoor mounting plate, duly powder coated fixingwith anchor bolts at any height,drain pipe of suitable size brought to ground level from any height, intial filling of refrigerant gas inculding making round hole on existing wall for taking up refrigerant tubing, drain pipe,cables etc and making good the disturbed surface by matching with existing adjoining surface complete all as specified and directed Make :- VOLTAS/BLUESTAR/LG/GODREJ/Daikin

Supply and fix factory fabricated mild steel stand suitable for installation of out door unit of split type air conditioner fixing arrangement with anchoring bolts on wall surface at suitable height as per site condition.

Material and labour for submain wiring along with earth wire using 2 X 4.0 sq mm(colour coading) + 1X2.5 sq mm earth wire(green colour) of single core PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor 1100 Volts grade FRLS type in and including PVC casing caping complete all as specified
