SITC Dectectors complying with and type certified to EN-45 Adderessable type multisenson dectector with heat and smoke combination photoelectric/Optical with base with self built intelligent complete all as specified and directed. Note the deductor shall be fix either on panneling or on ceiling. Contractor shall have make all provsions to fix the same at any given location. Removing and refixing of panelling shall be measured and paid separately.

Supplying & laying of 2 x 1.5 sqmm fire survival armoured cable, 600 / 1000 V rated with annealed copper conductor having glass mica fire barrier tape covered by an extruded layer of Cross Linkable Ethylene Propylene Rubber (EPR) insulation and LSZH inner bedding, steel wire armouring & LSZH outer sheath complete all as specified and directed. to fire detectors/MCP/siren/control panel in PVC pipe concealed in wall/celing/beam/columnconduit or passing through hole and over PVC panelling, and making the disturbed surface with the eixting colour. M&L for removing of existing false ceiling/panelling of any type and making suitable type hole to fix smoke deductor and refixing the same at the original positioin without damaging it. If any false ceiling gets damaged then the contractor shall replace the same without any extra cost to the department. Note : The contractor is advised to visit the site and submit the Layout plan of all items before start the wk.

S&F Test point terminal block made of Gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex. head screw complete all as directed.

Material and labour for submain wiring along with earth wire using 2 X 2.5 sq mm(colour coading) + 1X2.5 sq mm earth wire(green colour) of single core PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor 1100 Volts grade FRLS type in and including PVC pipe concealed in wall/celing/beam/column etc complete all as specified

M&L Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm buried directly in ground not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level connected to the Galvanised iron strip 32x6mm size by means of bolts ,nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron and 32x6mm GI strip Procter by provision of GI light grade pipe 40 mm bore incl provision of concrete pit in PCC1:2:4 type B-i , using 20 mm graded stone aggregates with 40 mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM weight not less than 4 Kg /Sqm and 6mm dia bar handle ,excavation and earth work in any type of soil ,charcoal dust and salt light grade GI watering pipe 20 mm bore with funnel and wire mashand medium grade GI protection pipe 15mm bore 5 Mtr long and GI strip up to main earthing complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Sch 2009 Part-I all as specified and directed . (i) Main earthing strip from earth plate electrode to test point up to length of 7.5 meters length shall deem to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item . (ii) GI protection pipe & earthing lead beyond 7.5 meter shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item. (iii) On testing after completion if the desired resistenance is not obtained the contractor shall redo the earthing without any extra cost to the department .

Supply & fix for MCB SP 6 to 32 Amps 10 KA,"C" series complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring complete using proper colour code 2.5 sqmm and earth conductor of size 1.5 sqmm, PVC insulated, FRLS type, single core, unsheathed, multistranded copper conductor cable, ISI marked, 1100 volts grade conforming to IS 694, Part-II with latest amendments up to date drawn through and including PVC conduit medium grade not less than 25 mm dia with all conduit accessories concealed in wall/ceiling/beams/column etc. and providing GI metal boxes 1.6 mm thick with flush mounting and modular cover plate with modular frame suitable for mounting modular switches, sockets, regulators etc. and fixing with necessary screws, washers including 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated FRLS type, single core, unsheathed, multistranded copper conductor cable, ISI marked, 1100 volts grade green in colour as continuous earth wire connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed for One 6 pin 16/6 amps socket outlet point controlled by one 16 amps switch on independent board.
