Outsourcing of services for repair and maintenance of HT VCBs, HT OCBs, transformer, Servo voltage stabilizers, Isolation transformers, ACBs, LT Panels, APFC panels, AMF panels, UPS with battery bank, Frequency controller, HT/LT UG cables, control cables, four/ two pole structure with GOD/DO fuses, Lightning Arrestor, Earthing, metering equipments and etc as mentioned in Appendix 'A' to particular specifications including carryingout daily routine maintenance, testing of HT/ LT cables, earthing by providing HT/ LT megger, clamp meter, Earth rod, earth tester and maintaining daily records/ log books etc with all parameters and including attending of electrical break downs and carryingout electrical repairs for such materials will be arranged by the department including restoration of 11 KV DO fuses, switching ON/OFF streeet lights etc by providing with necessary tools, ladders, hand gloves and adopting necessary safety precautions including cleaning of equipments and surrounding area of installations in presentable manner by deploying Electrician - 01 No in one shift of 08 hours duration in all working days including sunday and holidays with arrangement of reliever duty at Air Station Daman for these Sub-Stations i.e Sub station No1, Sub station No 2, HT take over point with following shift timings complete all as specified and directed :- Shift Timings (a) General Shift : 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs.

Outsourcing of services for repair and maintenance of 11 KV/433 V Sub station comprising of HT VCBs, HT OCBs, transformer, Servo voltage stabilizers, Isolation transformers, ACBs, LT Panels, APFC panels, AMF panels, UPS with battery bank, Frequency controller, HT/LT UG cables, control cables, four/ two pole structure with GOD/DO fuses, Lightning Arrestor, Earthing, metering equipments and etc as mentioned in Appendix 'A' to particular specifications including carryingout daily routine maintenance, testing of HT/ LT cables, earthing by providing HT/ LT megger, clamp meter, Earth rod, earth tester and maintaining daily records/ log books etc with all parameters and including attending of electrical break downs and carryingout electrical repairs for such materials will be arranged by the department including restoration of 11 KV DO fuses, switching ON/OFF streeet lights etc by providing with necessary tools, ladders, hand gloves and adopting necessary safety precautions including cleaning of equipments and surrounding area of installations in presentable manner by deploying Electrician - 01 No in one shift of 08 hours duration in all working days including Sundays and Holidays with arrangementy of reliever duty at TatRakshak Vihar for all these Sub-Stations i.e Sub station No3, ward room sub station,phase-I sub stataion and HT take over point with following shift timings complete all as specified and directed :- Shift Timings (a) General Shift : 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs.

Outsourcing of services for manning and Operation of Diesel Engine Generator Set comprising of AMF panels, control panel, control cables, batteries and earthing etc as mentioned in Appendix-'E' to particular specifications including carryingout daily routine maintenance, testing of cables, earthing by providing LT megger, clamp meter, earth tester and maintaining daily records/ log books etc of electric supply with all parameters and including cleaning of equipments and surrounding area of installations in presentable manner by deploying Fitter General Mechanic (FGM) - 01 No in each shift of 08 hours duration in 03 shifts in a day round the clock (24 hours) in all days including Sundays and Holidays including necessary arrangement of reliever duty at Airport area; AED area; Admin building; Radar building complete all as specified and directed Shift Timings (a) First shift : 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs. (b) Second shift : 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs. (c) Third shift : 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs.

(b) Second shift : 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs. (c) Third shift : 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs. Note for item No's 1 to 7:- (a) In case of requirement electrician/FGM provided for one area may be utilised in other areas at the discretion of department without any extra cost to the department. (b) Uniform, expendable stores like cotton waste, greasing, cleaning, materials, tools, insulation tapes, fuse wires, stationery, safety devices, transportation etc shall be provided by the contractor and same is deemed to be included in contractor's quoted rates. (c) During break down/shutdown of any type from state electricity board/MES Sub-Station shall be informed immediately to the department and necessay fault rectification to be done and contractor's quoted rate is deemed to be included for the same. (d) Rate quoted shall include for reliever, leave, reserve/OFF for the personal employed. (e) The tradesmen provided by the contractor shall have minimum ITI qualification or equivalent certified course from the state/central Govt recognised institute
