Structural auditing of building No P-61(Single Storey) in TRV Area at ICGAS Daman by visual inspection with photography and conducting adequate/required number of ND Tests and preparation and submission of ND test reports comprising the followings:- (a) Site visit, preparation and submission of detailed visual inspection and photography of buildings complete all specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (b) Conducting adequate/required number ND Tests to be conducted by NABL accredited lab including rebound hammer test, Ultra sonic pulse Velocity Test (UPV test), Half-cell protentiometer test (HCP) and Carbonation test, Ultra thickness test, Core test and Compression test, Cover meter test, Chloride Profile test, for steel truss member and magnetic particle inspection for welds to defect surface and sub-surface discontinuity in welds and all other tests which is required for ascertaing the stability of structure, etc. (c) Providing of detailed report and recommendation including remedles for structural improvement/recommendation for further use of buildings or repair works to be carried out duly vetted by IIT/Govt Engineering college. (d) Submission Estimate, suggested repair/remedial measure and product specification of any other special items of material (alongwith manufacturer literature of special item of materials) to be incorporated for repairs. (e) Submission of details repairs for preparation of BOQ alongwith 06 sets of drawings(Hard and soft copy) indicating proposed addition/alteration/repairs. (f) Submission of any other details/documents, as required at the opinion of consultant. (g) Structural Engineer will visit the site during currency of repair work and after the repair work. He will also give the stability certificate of the structure. Note :- The cost of labour, transportation of T&P, scaffolding and making good the disturbed surfaces of structure and all equipment required for testing from point to point are deemed to be included in quoted rate.
