(c) Self powered microprocessor controlled numeric relay comprising of two over current, one earth fault protection relay with high set for both phase and earth and with fault memory, universal auxiliary supply as per IS-3231, 8686.The setting for over current shall be 50-200% of 5A (in the step of 10%) and for earth fault element from 20-80% of 5A (in the step of 10%).

(d) 1 no. Digital Tri vector meter containing HT voltage, ampere, frequency, Power factor, KW, KVA, KVAR, KVAH, KWH, KVARH, Avg pf, avg voltage, avg frequency, run hours, no. of interruptions, % total harmonics distortion of all 3 phases voltages & current, KVA, instant & maximum demand with day, date & time of maximum demand occurrence, Highlow profile records with 4 peaks & 4 lows for V,A,F & PF and all power parameters with day, date & time of occurrence.Shall be capable to communicate all parameters using SCADA s/w with MODBUS RTU/equivalent protocol using inbuilt RS485 port up to the required destination.

(e) Current transformer(CT's) one set of three of ratio 30/15/5+5 Amps having 15 VA burden class 1.0, for metering and class 5P10 for protection- 01 Set of 03 Nos.

(f) Cast resin Potential transformer dry type having minimum 200 VA burden, ratio 11 KV/110 V - 01 set of three

(g) Power pack equipment, with backup for 30 minutes including maintenance free batteries complete suitable for protection/operation of relays - 01 No.

(h) Set of LED indicating lamp operating at 110V single phase as below:- (i) RED/GREEN: VCB ON-OFF Indication (ii) AMBER: Trip Indication (iii) WHITE: Trip Circuit Healthy Indication with Push Button (iv) BLUE: VCB Mechanism Spring Charged Indication

(j) 1 No Strip heater-100W (continuously rated) with thermostat control for breaker /CT compartment with manual ON-OFF switch - 1 set.

(k) 1 No 3 way breaker control switch with positions TRIP-NEUTRAL-CLOSE.

(l) Manual charging/operating arrangement.

(m) Fuses for metering and protection system.

(n) Indication for (i) Auto trip (ii) Motor/manual charged spring operating/closing mechanism (iii) Fault alarm. (iv) Manual tripping.

(o) One additional attached compartment with LBS to accommodate the existng HT CT/PT and Trivector mete. Shifting of existing HT CT/PT and meter shall be done in corduination with electrcity department being the property of Electricity Department. Rate for the same shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. No extra will be paid for the same by the department.

NOTES : 1. The HT Panel should suitable for outdoor application, compact and easily transport able and installation shall have minimum maintenance requirement with no accidental access to live parts and fully complied with all statutory requirements. 2. The panel shall be fully compartmentalized and suitable for bottom cable entry. . 3. The panel shall be Metal clad housing fabricated out of CRCA sheet steel of min.3mm thick for outer enclosure, hinged front and bolted rear doors and 2mm for the partitions shall have suitable mechanical strength for lifting. 4. All sheet Metal components shall undergo rigorous seven tank process (degreasing de-rusting, phosphating and sealing).Painting shall be of epoxy powder coating to shade RAL 7032 . . 5. Epoxy encapsulated copper busbar shall be provided. Electrical continuity between all metal parts not alive and the earth terminals of the unit shall been sured. Insulated partition shall be provided for busbars, CTs, PTs, outgoing cables & circuit breaker and relay controls. Tinned copper busbars with suitable heat shrink sleeves shall be provided. 6. All mechanical indications of breaker / LBS position, operation shall be visible from outside. Suitable transparent cover shall be provided on the front door of compact unit. . 7. Emergency push button shall be accessible from outside. Safety shutters to cover live part to prevent accidental contact and explosion vents to release the gases during fault occurrences shall be provided. . 8. PCC foundation shall be provided as recommended by OEM. Rate for the same shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. No extra will be paid for the same by the department. .

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of HT 11 KV Load Break Switch panel outdoor type, shall be of modular construction housed in a single enclosure consisting of three number numbers 11KV, 630 Amps Load break switches (One number LBS for incommer and two number LBS for outgoing) with fuse unit having rupturing capacity of 350 MVA as follows -

(a) INCOMING : One Number HT Load Break Switch of rating 11 KV, 3 phase 50 Hz, 630 Amps having rupturing capacity 350 MVA, mounted on common base segregated Epoxy body for higher electrical insulation and to maintain pole discrepancy as per IEC 56 and self aligned type isolating contacts.

(b) OUTGOING : Two Number HT Load Break Switch of rating 11 KV, 3 phase 50 Hz, 630 Amps having rupturing capacity 350 MVA, mounted on common base segregated Epoxy body for higher electrical insulation and to maintain pole discrepancy as per IEC 56 and self aligned type isolating contacts.

Supply, drawn in PVC conduit / laying in ground, connecting of 2.5 Sqmm x 10 Core Copper Cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Galvanised Iron strip 32 X 6 mm burried in ground ( for additional earthing lead beyond 7.5 meter per earth, if so required at site) and interconnection of earth pits complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm X 600mm X 6mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.5 meter below normal ground level (with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.75 meter below ground level) connected to GI strip 32x6 mm main earthing lead by means of galvanized bolts, nuts and washers with connected to earth test point & to main switch board /panel etc. all as specified and testing on completion with and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, earth electrode, earthing lead from electrode to equipment/ substation/panel etc, adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt, test point, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded black trap/granite/Basalt stone aggregate) for earth pit with 40 x 40 x 6mm mild steel angle iron frame for cover, pre cast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded black trap/granite/Basalt stone aggregate) 40mm thick cover reinforced with 6mm dia bars 3 Nos both way with 12mm dia round bar handle, GI light grade watering pipe 20 mm dia with funnel and wire mesh, and 40 mm dia GI medium grade earth lead protection pipe, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Quoted rates shall be deemed to include for earth strip with protection pipe up to 7.5 M length

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade, of size 3 core 120 sq mm.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for indoor termination, cold shrink type, joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 120 sqmm.

Supply of coarse stone aggregates of size 10 to 12.5mm as in laying around newly installed LBS system complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for 11 KV rubber mat of 2 mtr x 1 mtr x 19 mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantaling & shifting to existing 4 pole structure with all accessories and deposit to MES store yard complete all as directed.

Supply & fixing of Copper Lugs suitable for 70 Sq.mm dia copper Flexible cable and hardware with earthing name plate etc complete all as directed.

Disconnecting & taking out and reconnection of 120 sq mm x 3 core XLPE cable complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation over area not exceeding 1.5m deep and getting out in soft andloose soil complete allas specified.

Removing excavated soil from MD land exceeding 250m but not exceeding 500m all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, getting out soft/loose soil etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hardcore of gauge not exc 63mm, using broken stone or boulders, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc 15cm thick each layer, watered and rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete all as specified and as directed.

M & L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation/ bases to newl LBS system all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel grade FE-290 Gde E-165 Angle/Flat section as in post & struts etc including cutting to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, flat iron with required no of holes etc, including all necessary drilling or rivetting etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Galvanized chain link fencing of size 50mm x 50mm x 3mm PVC coated, weight not less then 2.18kg/Sqm fixed to posts/strut with bolts and nuts complete all as specified and as directed(Note- Nuts and bolts shall be measured seperately.)

M&L for Mild steel round bars 8 to10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips Fe-410-W (Gde.E-250) quality-A or Fe 290 (Gde - E-165) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 11 to 15 mm dia Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, but length of bolt exc 22.5cm and n exc 30cm long all as specified and as directed.

S&F framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces etc. complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces exc 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamal paint over a coat of red oxide primer etc complete all as specified.
