Supply and fix flame proof switch - weather proof rotary type switch 16 Amps, 240 volts, 50 Hz made of pressure die cast aluminium alloy LM6 including making incoming and outgoing electric connections and necessary fixing arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sub main wiring complete with 2 run of 6 sqmm, single core, copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade, FRLS type, PVC insulated, unsheathed, flexible, multi stranded duly colour coded cable drawn through and including PVC casing and caping of size 25mm width or above as required at site and accessories such as tee, corners,overlaping connector etc of suitable size fixed on surface of walls/roofs/ceiling and including 01 run of 6 sqmm single core, copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade, FRLS type, PVC insulated, unsheathed, flexible, multi stranded of green colour as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly including removing old unserviceable item complete all as specified and directed. Note : - 03 run of 6 sqmm single core copper conductor cable and 01 run of PVC casing and caping shall be measured as one unit.

Taking down air circulator fan 600 mm sweep wall mounted /pedestal type of any make from its existing position after disconnecting of electric connection for carrying out repairs to oscillation and speed regulation mechanism including servicing, overhauling, greasing etc after cleaning the body internally and externally with cleaning agent and renewal of minor spare parts such as split pins, capacitor holder, nuts, bolts and washers etc and replacement of components/accessories such as ball bearings, gun metal bushes, capacitor, rewinding of fan motor including fixing back in existing location and making cable connections and testing for its satisfactory performance complete all as specified and directed.

Note for item No's 11 to 13 :- (i) Spare parts will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of schedule as Supply only. (ii) Rewinding, painting will be measured and paid separetly under relevant item of schedule. (iii) Labour element for fixing of supply only spare parts and removing old unserviceable items are deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Supply only capacitor 2.5 mfd, 240 volts, 50Hz complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for painting to Air circulator/ wall mounted fan of any type and capacity complete body, blade assembly, frame two coat of synthetic enamel paint by using electric spray machine similar to match with existing colour after preparation of surfaces including marking of MES Number with black paint complete all as specified and directed directed. Make of paint:- Asian/Berger/Nerolac

Material and labour for painting to flame proof exhaust fan complete body, blade assembly, frame of any capacity sweep with two coat of synthetic enamel paint by using electric spray machine similar to match with existing colour after preparation of surfaces including marking of MES Number with black paint complete all as specified and directed directed. Material and labour for rewinding of wall mounted fan of 400 mm sweep with new super enamelled copper winding wire of existing gauge and number of turns and applying insulated varnish assembling including removing burnt out copper winding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rewinding of air circulator fan motor of 600 mm sweep with new super enamelled copper winding wire of existing gauge and number of turns and applying insulated varnish assembling including removing burnt out copper winding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rewinding of flame proof exhaust fan motor of any sweep with new super enamelled copper winding wire of existing gauge and number of turns and applying insulated varnish assembling including removing burnt out copper winding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing integral type flame proof metal halide light fittings of 150 watts carefully from high raised buildings and Hangar buildings of any make/type from a height of minimum 13 meters from floor level for carrying out repairs and renewal of components/accessories such as metal halide lamp, copper ballast, Ignitor and capacitor in place of unseviceable items all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Components/accessories will be measured and paid separately as Supply only. . . . (ii) Labour charges for replacement of items under supply only are deemed to be included in rate quoted by the contractor.
