Carrying out structural audit of existing building No RHQ-DHQ, Worli (appox plinth area 6736.00 Sqm (in G+ 3 stories)), including core cutting, evalution of residual life of structure etc, including proposal/method for measures for retroffiting/ strengthening of existing structural members of buildings and including providing necessary sketches and preparation, submission of bill of quantities (BOQ) for items proposed for retrofiting / strenthening, including necessary measures for testing and all transportation, mobilising the equipments etc complete all as per the direction by Engr-in-Charge.

Structural study on sustainability for 2 bldgs (RHQ & DHQ-2 ) on account of new costruction with pile foundation with in 2m from the edge line of existing structure.

Note for SI No 1 to 4 : (a) Site visit, preparation of detailed visual inspection and photography of buildings complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (b) Conducting adequate/required number of ND tests to be conducted by NABL accredited lab including rebound hammer test, Ultra sonic Pulse Velocity Test (UPV test), Half-cell potentiometer test (HCP) and carbonation test, Ultra thickness test, Core test & Compression test, Cover meter test, Chloride Profile test and all other tests which is required for ascertaining the stability of structure,etc. (c) Providing of detailed report and recommodation including remedies for structural improvement/recommendation for further use of building or repair works to be carried out duly vetted by IIT/Govt.Engineering college. (d) Submission of estimate suggested repair/remedial measure and product specification of any other special items of materials (alongwith manufacturer literature of special item of materials) to be incorporate the repairs. (e) Submission of details report for preparation of BOQ alongwith 06 sets of drawings (Hard and soft copy) indicating proposed addition/alteration /repairs. (f) Submission of any other details/documents, as required at the opinion of consultant. (g) Structural engineer will visit the site during currency of repair work and after the repair work. He will also give the stability certificate of the structure. (h) The cost of labour, transportation of T & P, scaffolding & making good the disturbed surfaces of structure for testing and all equipment required for testing from point to point are deemed to be included in quoted rate.
