(D) AMF PANEL : Out door, mounted on MS iron frame 50x50x6mm with PCC Foundation, self supported, CPRI approved make, front and rear openable, diuble door hinged type with locking arrangement and sloping top canopy, ventilators on both sides with wire mesh, duly powder coated 7 tank process complete including and accomodating the following: (i) 4 Pole, 415 Volts rating rapturing capacity 36 KA thermal magnetic release, fixed over load and short circuit protection- 02 (1 no for Commercial and DG supply) (ii) AMF control circuit with HRC backup fuses complete with all DC control relays/line voltage monitor (LVM) as per OEM specifications incorporating engine start, stop, three attempt starting facility and faliure to start etc with suitable capacity digital Voltmeter, Ammeter, Frequency meter,Indicating lamps. ON/OFF lamps, bus bar, circuit diagram plate,Automatic battery changing unit, Power conctor 4 pole, 415 V with 1NO+1NC auxillary contactor.

Note:- (a) Any civil work if required is included in quoted rates (b) Contractor shall submit the detailed specification, perticular model, make and litrature and calculations for bus bar selection for both DG set and AMF Panel alongwith Drg, for approval of Accepting Officer before placing the order.

Supply, installation,testing & commissioning of powder coated double door, compartmentalised cubical LV outdoor panel fabricated out of 3 mm thick CRCA sheet steel weather proof, vermin proof, tappered canopy and suitable gasket for stappage of rainwater suitable for 415 Volts, 50 Hz, phase, 4 wire AC supply complete with gland plates, lifting hooks, ventilating louvers, bus bars, interconnection, earthing, labeling electrical interlocking suitable for termination of cables including, supply and fixing of following switch gear and accssories in the panel, complete as required. The panel should be manufactured by the manufacturer, who is manufacturing CPRI approved panel and having Protection IP-65

Material and labour for submain wiring along with earth wire using 2x 6.0 sq mm (colour coading) + 1x 6.0 sq mm earth wire (green colour) of single core PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor 1100 Volts grade FRLS type in and including PVC casing capping of size not less than 25 mm dia (ISI marked) with all accessories such as bend, junction boxes, short pipes of suitable size complete all as specified. Note: Two run of 6.0 sqmm cable and one run of 6.0 sqmm cable and one run of PVC casing capping will be measured as one unit.

Material and labour for GI pipe 50 mm dia"light grade " complete with all fittings laid in trenches,road/culvert crossing,on wall, floors,on roof,on pole, for cable protection and including removing old unserviceable itemcomplete all as specified and directed. Make :- Jindal/Tata/BST

Supply and fix 100 mm dia DWC pipe for cable protection in underground complete with all accessories complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cable tray 150 mm wide x 50 mm deep, hot dip galvanised with standard slot pattern manufactured from cold rolled sheet min thickness 2 mm, perforated type including provision of fixing arrangement, all bend and fittings, nuts and boalts, cable tray cover etc for proper securing to beams or suspended from ceiling, including disconnecting the existing cable refing it back inside the cable tray with appropriate saddling arrangement and including the cable tray cover complete all as specified and directed.
