Supply, installation, testing and commissinoning LT panel board suitable for working on 3 phase ,4 wire ,415 volts, AC ,50Hz ,outdoor type, cubicle, floor mounted, free standing, dust and vermin proof, air ventilation made out of 3 mm thick CRCA sheet and suitable sized angle iron and flat duly powder coated and shall be CPRI approved and as approved by GE. Panel shall have front and rear opening,locking arrangement, cable alleys, bus bar chamber and switch gear compartment ,hinged door with rubber gasket, bottom cable entry holes for incoming and out going cables, earthing terminals, affix danger notice plate,aluminium bus bar duly covered with heat shrink sleeves colour coaded duly fixed on DMC/SMC insulators, aluminium strip connection from bus bar to outgoing MCCBs and copper conductor cable of adequate size for MCBs, housed in a separate bus bar chamber and control wiring adequate size and length outgoing MCCBs shall have extended bus bar links and mounted on 50x50x5mm size MS angle iron frame duly painted including PCC 1:2:4 Type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation design subject to approval of GE as per site requirement. The minimum clearance from ground level is 450mm including removing old unserviceable item complete all as specified and directed and comprising of following :- (a) MCCB 160 Amps, 4 pole, 16 KA, 415 volts, 50Hz megnetic thermal adjustment type - 01 No (incomer) (b) MCCB 63 Amps, 3 pole, 415 volts, 50Hz, - 02 No (c) Soft Starter 25 HP, 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 Hz CAT No CSXi -018-41 - 02 Nos (d) MCB SPN 32 Amps - 02 Nos, MCB SPN 16 Amps 02 Nos (e) LED phase indication lamps R-Y-B - 01 set (f) Digital voltmeter with VSS - 01 set (g) Digital Ammeter with CTs & ASS - 01 set (h) On load change over 100 Amp Note :- (i) The contructional drawing, make for switch gear, size of panel board shall be submitted by the contractor for approval of GE. Taking out unserviceable submersible pump set 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 Hz of any capacity/type/make including vertical column GI pipes of any size alongwith submersible cable from existing borewell at any depth for repair and lower the same after repairs of pump and motors set into the borewell duly connection and fixing to same position to provide water proof joints carefully by using necessary chain pulley / T&P / tripod etc and testing of water head as per original state complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) New column GI pipes and submersible cable will be measured and paid separately as Supply only. But the fixing and labour chargers shall be included in quoted rates.

M&L for development of bore well of for any size of bore and not less than 50 meters deep or as per existing depth at the pressure not less than 6kgs/SqCm by using suitable air compressor and connected items to improve the yield of bore well incl complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: (I) Transportation of air compressor / boring machine along with tools and accessories at different location for devolopment of bore well shall be the responsibility of contractor and the rate quoted will be deemed in the quoted rate). (ii) M&L for removing the blockage in bore well casing pipe at the depth not less then 50 meters from ground level by means of bocky or any means without damaging the casing (filter and blind pipe) upto the depth of bore. (iv) Payment will be made only after successfully testing the yield of water and Development of tube well with compressed air and after with 25% extra capacity pump by pumping muddy water.

M&L for Yield test for the bore well by continuously pumping for 16 hours to determine safe pumping yield.

M&L for collecting the sample of water from all borewell in glass Jar and forward for testing to any Govt athorised water testing lab for checking the potability (physical & sensory parameters, chemical parameters, bacteriological parameters) of water and submit the report to he engr-in-charge of all tests complete all as directed.

Material and labour for drilling / boring of holes (horizontally) under main road pavement, hard standing or any other situation by manual/mechanical or HDD mean for accommodate upto a size of 150 mm bore DI/GI pipe in the drilled holes, including returning, filling in the end working space including removal of surplus soil and making good the surface complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Pipe shall be measured and paid separately)

Cutting of existing bituminous surface/PCC hard standing by using mechanical method of any type for laying of cables/GI protection pipe and making good of disturbed surfaces to match with adjoining surface complete all as specified and directed Note:-PCC for making good shall be measured and paid separately)

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for making good of disturbed surfaces and for mass concrete including necessary use and waste of form work complete all as specified and directed

Material and Labour for construction of brick masonary valve chamber 900 x 900 x 900 mm (internal dimensions), 15 cm thick foundation by using PCC 1:4:8 (type D2), brick work in cement mortor 1:6,10 mm thick plaster internally and 15 mm thick externally in CM 1:4 above ground level, 6 mm thick MS sheet cover with hinges, with hold fasts and locking arrangement fixed to angle iron frame made out of 40mmX40mmX6mm complete with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer on all metal works and two coat of white wash on all plastered surfaces of valve chamber including excavation, earth work in any strata including disposal of surplus soil to a distance of not exc 50 mtr complete all as specified and directed
