M&L Hardcore of guage exc 63mm but n exc. 100 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface brocken stone and boulders all as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete.

Removal of surplus excavated soil deposited outside MD land etc as specified and directed.

M&L for 50mm thick Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation all as directed.

M&L for machine pressed rubber moulded precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment over and including 50mm thick crushed stone sand cushioning all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete as in road kerbs or copings and the like of Type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) round or chamfered on edge including necessary use and waste of formwork.

M&L for brickwork with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete including demolition of old brick work from existing position and its disposal all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick masonry walls built in cement mortar including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water and removal of debries out side from MD land etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 internal plaster on brick/concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering in cement mortar 1:4, 20 mm thick in two coats (15 mm under coat + 5mm finishing coat) on brick/concrete surfaces with 3% water proofing compound in finishing coat and finishing the surface even and fair. (Note :- WPC will be measured and paid seperately).

Supply only integral WPC all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying one coat of wall primer to the surfaces and finally applying two coats of oil bound distemper, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment and preparation of surfaces including filling of the holes/cracks on walls with plaster putty and applying two coats of oil bound distemper paint on walls over a coat of alkali resistant primer etc complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for preparation on new plastered surface of wall, chajja, parapet etc and applying two coats of weather proof acrylic emulsion paint over a coat of acrylic primer etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for WPT to non accessible RCC roof slab to be executed surface thoroughly wire brushed, washed and dried up and cleaned of all foreign matter and dust to receive Shalitex primer @300 gms/sqm for laying 3.00 mm thick super thermolay (APP modified membrane with polyster reinforcement) 3.6 Kg/Sqm laid by torch application method and 75mm overlap in longitudinal direction and 100mm in transverse direction, a coat of silver shield (solar reflective aluminium paint) @ 0.12 Kg/Sqm all as per manufacterers instructions etc over 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) laid on roof surfaces mixed with integral water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement, including finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down existing roof treatment including layer of plaster and cleaning the surfaces and removal of debris from outide MD land complete all as specified and as directed. Make- Tikitar, STP texas, Shivam Hyperplast, Pidelite complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately )

Supply and fixing LED flood light 70watt 230 V AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp complete all as specified

Material and labour for submain wiring using proper colour code with two runs of single core, 1100 volts grade PVC insulated FRLS, ISI marked, unsheathed (flexible) multistranded copper conductor cable of size 4 sqmm and one run of single core, 1100 volts grade, PVC insulated FRLS, ISI marked unsheathed (flexible) multi stranded copper conductor of same size drawn through and including PVC conduit medium grade ISI marked with conduit accessories concealed in wall/ceiling /roof collumn beam etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair, factory made, sheet metal enclosure, single door, 240 volts, AC SPN, VERTICAL DISTRIBUTION BOARD, 4 way, painted with epoxy based powder coated suitable for mounting MCB as incomer of rating upto 40Amps, FP,. 16-36 KA and MCB SP/TP as outgoings and complete with and including 200 amps rated copper busbar, neutral bar, earth bar, connecting cable links with and including top and dbottom removeable glant plate complete with IP 43 protection, all as specified and directed

Supply and fix for MCB SPN 32Amps 10 KA, "C" series completed all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for MCB SP 5 to 32 Amps 10 KA,"C" series complete all as specified and directed

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan socket or power) point complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling rose, pendents, regulators, sockets, tube light fitting, main switch, MCB and DB's etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for point wiring using proper colour coding complete with ISI marked 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated, unsheathed, single core, multistranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade FRLS type drawn through and including stove enamelled stee conduit 25 mm dia medium grade with all conduit accessories including PVC insulated, unsheathed, single core, multistranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade of size 1.5 sqmm FRLS type for earth continuity conductor and shall be connected to common earth dolly completed for one light point/fan point controlled by one flame proof switchall as specified and directed for following :- Make of cable :- Havells/Finolex/Plaza/Polycab Make of conduit :-AKG/BEC/NIC/Bharat steel Tubes

All as per item No 26 above, but point wiring with 2.5 sqmm and earth conductor of size 2.5 sqmm complete all as specified and directed for one 6pin 16/6 amps socket outlet point controlled by one 16 amps switch on independent board.

supply and fixing flame proof switch socket and plug combined in LM6 cable termination box in LM6, 16A, 250 V complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED light fitting 1X30 watt flame proof, CMRI certified recommended for gas / vapor, group of IIA & IIIB, Zone1 &2 andIP 65 protection with die cast aluminium housing with heat resistant toughened glass, with LED tube light fixtures driver, holders, connector etc. complete with all accessories prewired and including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair, factory made, sheet metal enclosure, single door, 240 volts, AC SPN, vertical distribution board, 4 way, painted with epoxy based powder coated suitable for mounting MCB as incomer of rating upto 40Amps, FP,. 16-36 KA and MCB SP/TP as outgoings and complete with and including 200 amps rated copper busbar, neutral bar, earth bar, connecting cable links with and including top and bottom removable glant plate, complete with IP 43 protection, all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix for MCB SPN 40 Amps 10 KA, "C" series complete all as specified and directed.

Supply laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, creened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables(heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 6.0 sqmm 2 core with and including steel conduit medium grade ISI marked with accessories concealed in wall/ceiling/roof/column/beam etc complete all as specified and directed.
