Supply & fix anti glare Isolar glass 6mm thick bronze float glass one side and 5mm thick clean float glass on either side and 18 mm thick dry gas layer between two glasses, Total thickness of panel shall be 29 mm with tolerance of (+) or (-) 1 mm, glass sealed harmonically with approved coloured UPVC tubular section of size exceeding 37Sqcm but not exceeding 60Sqcm between isolar glasses and making it air tight by using appropriate chemicals as per manufacturer's instructions and fixing the isolar glass panel in the existing section with necessary rubber gasket/ metal packing of required thickness. Coloured UPVC frames of approved texture shall be made of PVC material confirming to IS 10151. The frames shall be made from extruded UPVC section having minimum wall thickness 2.3mm (+/-0.2mm). Frame shall be reinforced as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge. The rate also includes for provision of 2x sliding window & 1 x sliding door with specification as mentioned above and builders hardware of approved make including taking down existing glass from the Aluminium frames. Note :- (a) Tenderer shall visit the work site with prior appointment with AGE B/R Daman of GE(I) (CG) Daman on any working days during working hours to ascertain the nature of work/ condition and size of opening under which work to be executed before submitting his tender. (b) The contractor to take exact dimensions of opening before procurement of anti glare isolar glass unit with dry glass layer and shall be fixed as per directions of Engr-in-Charge. (c) The rates include for taking down existing aluminium frame with glass of any thickness and removing them from site completely. Only opening area will be measured and paid.

S & F Gl frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre complete including dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre pulp insulation etc) any thickness including cover fillets all as specified and as directed.
