The bidder should have completed at least One Similar Work of Rs.3,96,94,178.00 or Two Similar Work of Rs.2,97,70,633.00 or Three Similar Work of Rs. 1,98,47,089.00 during the last Seven Years from any Government / Semi-Government / PSU organization. The value of executed work shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum. Works similar to the required experience include pipeline work for Water Supply/Irrigation scheme/Sewerage Line, etc., using H.D.P.E./D.I./G.I./M.S. Pipe. The evaluation criteria for experience in similar class of works is as follows: - 60% marks for minimum eligibility criteria - 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more - In between (i) & (ii) maximum – on pro-rata basis. The bidder needs to secure at least fifty percent marks in the performance on works criteria and sixty percent marks in aggregate to become eligible for short listing. The bidder is required to fill up Form 'C' which includes details of all works of similar class completed during the last seven years. Additionally, the average annual financial turn over on construction works should be Rs. 1,48,85,317.00 during the immediate last three consecutive financial year.
