The bidder should have experience in similar nature of work during the last seven years. The experience will be evaluated based on the details furnished by the bidder, with a maximum of 20 marks for experience in similar nature of work. The bidder should have completed at least One Similar Work of Rs.3,96,94,178.00 or Two Similar Work of Rs.2,97,70,633.00 or Three Similar Work of Rs. 1,98,47,089.00 during the last Seven Years from any Government / Semi-Government / PSU organization. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. However, the evaluation criteria for experience in similar class of works is 20 marks, with 60% marks for minimum eligibility criteria and 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more. The calculation for points is on a pro-rata basis for values in between. The bidder should furnish a list of all works of similar nature successfully completed during the last seven years, along with particulars of completed works and performance of the bidder duly authenticated/certified by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent. Works similar to the current project include pipeline works for water supply, irrigation schemes, sewerage lines, etc. The value of executed work shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum.
