The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: * Completion of a single work of similar nature costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender. * Completion of two works of similar nature each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost put to tender. * Completion of three works of similar nature each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender. The bidder must have experience of having successfully completed similar works during the last 7 years. The cost of previous completed works shall be given a simple weightage of 7% per year to bring them to the current price level. The bidder is required to submit a Satisfactory Work Completion Certificate issued by the employer against the experience of similar work containing all the information furnished by the bidder online, including the executed value of work, start date, and end date of each qualifying experience.
