Daily dry sweeping & wet mopping of floors & toilets, fixtures like wash basin, WC pan (Indian type & Eurpoean type), urinal stall, toilet floor & walls upto dado level i.e. the glazed tiles fixed on the walls, cleaning of mirrors, pantry attached, staircase, common places, corridors, all rooms passages & complete premises of sports infrastructure etc. in the basket & stacking/ burning the garbage in the incinerator as directed by the authorized person in charge of work complete including the cost of disinfectants, cleaning agents, phenol, acid, detergent, naphthalene balls etc. item rate includes cost of consumables specified for daily maintenance & cleaning of carpets/ sofa sets etc. weekly with the vacuum cleaner, cleaning to toilets for both the session etc. Floor area only will be measured for the purpose of payment. Spray of room fresheners in chambers, toilets & halls is to be done twice daily. Spray of mosquito repellent in chambers, toilets, urinal/ Wash basin area & halls is to be done daily once in the morning. Naphthalene balls in wash basin & urinals to be recouped regularly to maintain availability of three naphthalene balls in each fixture always. Dusting of almirah tops & other fixtures fitted in premises shall be done every week.

Sweeping & cleaning of circulating area of sports infrastructure & their compounds includes cycles & their compounds includes cycles & scooters stands, parking area etc. as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. The includes clearing of small plants/ bushes, collecting/ Stacking the garbage & burning the same away from circulating area. This includes emptying & cleaning of fountain pond minimum thrice a month.

Supply and using of TCC 90 (Bacteriological treatment) 2PPM, 200gm/ 1 lakh liter per day i.le. 500 gm per day.
