Supply, making testing & commissioning of pipe earthing arrangement with GI pipe 'B' class, 40 18 mm dia 4.50 mtrs, long including accessories & providing masonry enclosure with cover plate of 16 SWG M.S. having locking arrangement watering pipe, salt, charcoal etc. as per Drg. NO. DRM / Elect/IZN /1-89 to achieve earth resistance less than 10 ohms and connecting the equipment with 6 SWG G.I. wire as per site requirement. Earthing shall be done on the basis of code of practice for earthing as per IS: 3043/1987.

Fixing, testing & commissioning of LED tube light fitting 20 watt including making of hole in the wall by drill machine for fixing for fitting with 2 no. rowal plugs, 02 no. screws and wiring connection with existing ceiling rose. Note:- LED tube light fitting 20 watt will be supplied by the railway at site.

Installation, connection with Twin core PVC insulated flexible copper conductor HRFR cable of size 14/0.193 mm (0.41 Sq. mm) testing and commissioning of 1200/ 1400 mm sweep AC ceiling fan/Air Circulator (on the installed CI/MS Box) including earthing as per technical specification. (NOTE:- A.C. Ceiling fan/Air Circulator in packed conditions will be supplied by Railways.)

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of SPN MCB Distribution Board 8 Way double door made with 1.2mm thickness CRCA sheet fully powder coated of 50-70 micron with 01 No. MCB 02 Pole 40 Amp 10 KA 230V as incoming and 06 Nos. MCB of 6-20 Amp single pole 10 KA 230 Volt as outgoing complete in all respect including connection as required.

Digging of trench of all kinds of soil up to the depth of 750 mm and 350 mm wide for laying of cable with supply and placing of second-class bricks approx 10 bricks per mtrs. & refilling of cable trench with solid earth consolidating by ramming by 270 mm above the surrounding level over trench as per IS: 1255/1983.

Supply, erection and testing of hot dip galvanized tapered octagonal pole of 5.0 Mtrs. long top dia 70 mm, bottom dia 130 mm, base plate length) (4 x M16 x 600 mm), anchor plate thickness 3 mm with hot dip 2 26 dia sleeve. (Octagonal IS: 2629 or latest.) Note: 1. Galvanized thickness of pole should be minimum 65 microns and test mm, sheet thickness 3 dimension (L x B x T) 200 mm x 200 mm x 12 mm & foundation bolts size (No. x dia x galvanized detachable type single arm bracket made by 48.3 mm outer dia 300 mm long with 32 mm outer pole shall confirm to report to be submitted by the contractor at the time of supply.2. Octagonal pole shall have flush door arrangement and suitable size & length of cable connecting plate for incoming and outgoing cables as per standard.

Making trench of size 300 mm x 300 mm x 1000 mm and Casting/grouting of pre-cast foundation CC 1:2:4 block size 300 mm x 300 mm x 1000 mm grouting with 20 mm size stone aggregate with cement & 27 coarse sand including supply, fixing and removing all firm work and finishing exposed surface including grouting and holding down-M 16x 450 mm- 4 Nos bolts in cement block as per requirement of pole base plate of size 200x200x12 mm and supply & fixing Double Walled Corrugated (DWC DPDE Duct Pipe, size 90/76 mm, confirming to IS:14930 (Part-II) 0.75 meter length in the centre of cement concrete block for cable entry and fixing properly with all labour, material, cement etc. complete in all respect as per direction of engineer in-charge at site.

Fixing, connecting, testing and commissioning of LED street light fitting 90 watt on the pole with 28 supply, laying & connecting of PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor cable, 2.50 Sq. mm from octagonal pole junction box to fitting at different station of Izzatnagar Division, complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge at site. Note:- LED street light fitting will be supplied by railway at site.

Design, supply & making of double door feeder pillar box made of 2.0 mm thick cold rolled steel sheet of size 600 mm (L) x 450 mm (W) x 300 mm (D) with provision of water proof, hinged door, suitable locking arrangements, proper hole in the bottom for cable entry (incoming & out going cables 05 No), suitable of MS channel of size 75 mm x 40 mm x 4.8 mm should be fixed across the panel for grouting on the foundation, 29 earthing terminals and panel shall be powder coated (paint) greenish grey shade with TPN copper bus bar 400 Amps - 01 Set, including supply, fixing, connecting, testing & commissioning of MCCB-100 Amps 04 pole - 01 No & MCB SP&N 32 Amps - 02 Nos in the feeder pillar box. Providing and making foundation for double door feeder pillar box (cubical type LT panel) in CC 1:2:4 with stone aggregate of [Size 1220 mm high x 800 mm length and 600 mm width (610 mm under the earth & 610 mm above the earth)] with fine finish to exposed surface, two coats white washing including excavation of foundation, making proper size hole for incoming and outgoing cables. Grouting of holding down bolt in CC (size of bolt 150 mm long 16 mm dia) included fixing of subdistribution box on CC foundation as per direction of Engineer in charge at site.

All work pertaining to Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD)/Boring and trench less cabling. It 30 includes supply, transportation and insertion of self lubricated HDPE pipe and laying of cable in boring under the track/road by using different sizes of pipes depending on total number of cables will be crossed. The depth of horizontal boring should be minimum 3.0 Mtrs from rail flange/road level. This item will be used for track crossing of running lines. a). By using self-lubricated HDPE pipe of minimum 107.40 mm inner dia and 125 mm outer dia in the bore and the laying of cables in the bore under the track/road.(HDPE Pipe shall be supplied by contractor).

All MCCBs with outgoing cable will be connected with aluminium lugs through cable glands, wiring of meter & indication lamp etc., as per required with suitable size of copper conductor cable. RYB LED Indication lampS for incoming & outgoing feeders - 27 No. Note :- 1. All ACB, MCCB & COS shall be of reputed make. 2. The switch board panel & accessories shall conform to as per CPWD's ""General specification for Electrical works, Part-IV Substation- 2013.

Design, Manufacturing, Supply , Installation, Testing and Commissioning of LED based station name board. The board shall be as per approved drawing. Note :-Station Name Board should be in Hindi, English & Regional language.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Gang operating air break off load disconnecting switch (GOS) 11 KV 400 Ampere complete with drop out fuses, 03 insulator triple pole each pole consist of 35 galvanized steel base HT insulator as per BIS non ferrous knife and spring loaded contact arcing horn of adequate section to break magnatisening current of the transformer, horizontal GI shaft/pipe of adequate length for phase separator, adequate length for operation from ground level and operating handle complete with locking arrangement in both OFF & ON position. All ferrous part heavily tinned to with stand weather. Fuse shall be conforming to IS - 9385 part I/1979. GOS shall be conforming to IS - 9921 Part - I/1981 & 9921 Part - III/1982.

Supply, fixing, connecting of cable junction box of size 200 x 160 x 98 mm made of thermoplastic IP 36 55/IP 65 with metric knockouts for cable entry with 5 nos, terminals block set for cable size 16/25 mm2 and cable glands 3 nos made of polymide unbreakable syntec light grey RAL 7035 short entry thread metric with one piece sealing ring and locknut for same 01 no. M20 x 1.5 & with 1 no. pole making clamps for fixing of cable connector box on pole made of 25 x 3 mm G.I. strip, nuts & bolts with making holes.

Dismantling of existing erected MS tubular pole/ Rail pole including removing of cross arm bracket with insulator, overhead conductor, as per direction of engineer incharge at site. (1 span= 1 job) Note: Dismantled MS tubular pole/Rail pole and other related material (cross arm bracket with insulator, overhead conductor etc.) to be handed over to the concerned engineer incharge at site.

Repairing of foundation of street light tubular pole of size 600 mm x300 mm x450 mm diameter with supply of cement, concrete, mortar of ratio of 1:2:4 including excavation of earth work and making of foundation 600 mm below the ground level and 300 mm above the ground level with all materials as per direction of Engineer Incharge and white washing of foundation at site at LC gate and stations complete in all respect.
