S&F in replacement of switch socket combination 2 in one, 3 pin , 5/6 Amps, 240 Volts flush type,complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of switch socket combination 2 in one , 3 pin, 5/6/16 Amps flush type complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of socket out let 2 in 1, 3 pin 5 Amps flush type complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of ceiling rose polycarbonate type three terminals complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of step type electronic fan regulator 120 watt single pole 240 Volts complete all as specified

Supply and fix in replacement Lamp holder PVC case body of Bakelite with back plate suitable for batten fittings,all as specified.

S&F LED lamp,6500K,900lm in white colour of 9/10 Wattbase cap B-22 with poly carbonate difusser and aluminium heat sink ,complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in replecement of fully diffused recessed mounted luminaire 2'x2' LED 36W, 6500 K suitable for POP/ gypsum false ceiling complete with hosing with all accessories pre-wired and making connection with three core copper flexible cable of size 23/0.0076 from ceiling rose to PVC connection to light fitting including taking down old unserviceable luminaire, complete all as specified & directed. Make Havells Cat part No.LHEBAEP7IW1W036 or equivalent cat part of make as specified in list of make here-in-after.

S&F in replecement of LED tube light fitting 1x20Watt batten type fitting 4 feet long aluminium extruded housing IP-20 rated rated voltage 230 volts(operating range 140 volt to 270 volts) , 50Hz system wattage 20 Watt +/-10% ,system current not less than 102 mA ,power factor more than 0.95, system lumen efficacy 100 lm /watt ,CCT 6500K CRI more than 80, THD less than 30%, driver efficiency more than 85% complete all accessories prewired and connecting electrically to ceiling rose using PVC insulated and overall sheathed flexible copper conductor of size 0.75 sqmm 3 core all as specidfierd and directed. Make Havells Cat part No. LHEXARP7SN1W020 or equivalent cat part of make as specified in list of make here-in-after.

S&F in replecement of sub main wiring with two run of single core PVC insulated FRLSH stranded copper conductor cable of size 4 Sq mm and one run of 4 Sq mm PVC insulated FRLSH copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor drawn in and including PVC casing and caping/PVC rigid conduit 20mm dia with necessary accessories complete all as directed. Note : 2 Runs of 4 sqmm cable and one run of 4.00 sqmm earth wire with PVC rigid conduit shall be measured as one unit.

S&F in replecement of 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aliminium conductor served with inner sheathing of PVC sheathed with stranded conductor 10 sqmm twin core cable flat or circular, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replecement of Sheet metal enclosure IP-43 double door for DBs(where MCBs are reqd) SPN 240 V, for 4 ways, complete all as specified.

All as per item no 16 above but SPN 8 ways 240 volts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of MCB single pole 6 to 32 Amps, 10KA, 230 volts 'C' series, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replecement of MCB SPN 32/40 Amp, 240 volts 50Hz AC supply, 'C' series,complete all specified.

Taking down carefully ceiling fans at any height of any sweep/ make /model after disconnecting electric connection and dismantling and opening the body of ceiling fan and examine for repairs including servicing,overhauling, greasing etc and cleaning the complete body both internal & external parts with cleaning agent and renewal of minor spare parts such as split pins,cater pins,coupling bolt, capacitor holder,terminal adoptor, screws, nuts, spring washers for blade/body etc and replacement of components/accessories such as ball bearings, gun metal bushes, capacitor, canopy top & bottom, shackle clip assembly and assembling of all parts, remetalling of worn out shaft of fan cutting brazing machining and polishing to make the shaft suitable for fixing of new ball bearing and fixing ball bearing in replacement of bushing system in ceiling fan and assembling the same and testing to the engineer in charge to ensure smooth and noise free operation(bearing shall be measured and paid seperately) including hanging and fixing back in existing location and connecting of electrical connections and testing for its satisfactory performance complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- (i) Spare parts will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of schedule as supply only

(ii) Rewinding of fan motor,painting will be measured and paid separetly under relevant item of schedule. (iii) Labour element for fixing of spare parts and removing old unserviceable items are deemed to be included in quoted rate. (iv) All repair works will be carried out at ON site/ workshop E/M yard as directed by EIC. (v)Repair works of fans should completed and refixed the same within 12 hours after receipt of complaint slip.If the complaint not attended /not completed on same day recovery will be done from RAR bill as follows: a) For first day Rs 200 b) For second day Rs 300 c) For next every day Rs 500

All as per serial item No.20 here-in-before but for exhaust fan of size 300mm/450mm sweep

Material and labour for taking out and removing burnt copper winding, cleaning the armature, rewinding the ceiling fan (1200/1400mm sweep) armature/motor with new super enamelled copper wire of existing gauge including supply and fixing necessary E class insulating materials etc and varnishing with approved grade of insulation varnish and heating up and testing all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rewinding of heavy duty exhaust fan motor of 300 mm sweep of any make/model/type with new supper enamelled copper winding wire of similar gauge and number of turns and assembling of fan motor and rotor and testing including removing burnt out copper winding wire from fan motor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only gun metal bush suitable for ceiling fan/Exhaust fan/Air circulator fan /wall mounted fan of any sweep/type of any size.

Supply only Ball bearing No.6201/6202/6203/6204 for ceiling fan (Make - TATA/SKF /NBC/NRB).

Supply only fan condensor 2.5 mfd,230 volt,AC 50Hz confirming to IS 1709 for ceiling fan,exhaust fan,wall mounted fan and pedestal fan

Supply only fan condensor 3.15 mfd (Make - USHA/UNIVERSAL/Havells)

Supply only thermostat(Adjustable type) of Rod/stem Type EST-11EM,20A resistive , 250 Volt, opening on temperature rise of approved make and having ISI mark all as specified.

S&F in replacement of heating elements of capacity 2 KW AC 240 volts suitable for storage type electric water heater as per site requirement (press type /screw type/triangular/circular base or ceramic cartige type),ISI marked all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement of PVC connection pipe 15 mm dia, 450mm long with end nuts and washer, suitable for cold/hot water outlet of geyser complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement of PVC connection pipe 15 mm dia, 600mm long with end nuts and washer, suitable for cold/hot water outlet of geyser complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only plug top 3 pin 16 Amps, 240 volts.

Supply and fix in repairs Switch socket combination universal type, 3 pin 16 Amp, flush type, 240 volts, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed by the Engrs-in-Charge.

Servicing of Refrigerator/Deep freezer/water cooler of any capacity complete with chemical solution to condenser & cooling coil, cleaning of entire elements of AC, oiling/greasing to motor, including tracing out the leaking of condenser/evaporator filling the holes by using gas welding, complete with refilling of refrigerant R12/R11/R134a(whichever is applicable) etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only PVC Gasket non- magnet for chiller top any make of water cooler including fixing arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only starting relay unit suitable for any type and make water cooler all as directed
