Design, installation, testing, commissioning, integrate and Each maintain the Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) comprising Job of following :- (a) Supply, installation, testing, commissioning of Smart Meters of 3 Phase 4 wire capacitive touch keypad, fully type tested, BIS (IS:13779, IS:15884 & IS:15959) Marked, 10-100 Amps as per BIS 16444 with communication technology including GPRS/ RF/Hybrid (RF+ GPRS)/ Any other advanced technology as per CEA TRAI regulations. (b) Supply/ Planning/ Setup/ Tuning of RF communication infrastructure including Network Management (NMS) & Head End System (HES) for the project area. AMI software and associated equipments should be capable of handling Number of Meters without any additional infrastructure and cost implication to MES. (c) Supply and set-up of Meter Data Management (MOM) system. (d) Integration of different devices of different makes/equipment/softwares covered in scope of this project with each other as per functional requirements, including water charges, furniture and license fee. (e) Integration /interface of the AMI system with application systems like metering/ billing/ collection. Interface has to be provided in the proposed solution to upload and process meter data from these systems. (f) Server for housing and management of supplied software application with standby server. (g) Planning, deployment & tuning of communication system including cellular network (If required) to meet the performance requirements. (h) Business Intelligence, Analytics and Reporting. (j) Return of Dismantled materials to MES stores. (k) Training and knowledge transfer. (I) All expenditure including periodic charges of telecom operator from installation till completion. Note : The defect liability period will be 2 years from the data of completion.

Provision for comprehensive operation including periodic charges of telecom operator, smart meter billing from completion of work till the completion of defect liability period of 2 years.
