The Eligibility requirements mentioned are: 1. Experience Criteria: The Bidder or its OEM of the product offered in the bid should have regularly manufactured and supplied same or similar Category Products to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU for a certain number of Financial years. 2. Experience Criteria: The bidder should have been engaged in setting-up and operations and maintenance services of network (Active or Passive) or data Centres for a period of at least 3 years as on bid submission date. 3. Past Performance: The bidder's past performance is considered, with a weightage of 50%. 4. Past Performance: The bidder should have experience in similar nature of job, and a scanned copy of experience certificates issued by the competent authority (Govt. /Semi Govt. /Public) is to be submitted. 5. OEM should have listed with Ministry of Skill Development Entrepreneurship/National Skill Development Corporaion (NSDC) to provide skilled manpower. 6. The CCTV OEM should have its office and service/support centre in Chhattisgarh. 7. The bidder must have a valid GST (Form GSTR-3B). 8. The bidder should be an established IT/Telecom/Security surveillance solutions system. Values mentioned for Eligibility requirements are: 1. Past Performance weightage: 50% 2. Technical certifications required by the bidder to participate in this tender are: 1. ISO 9001:2015 2. ISO 14001:2015 3. ISO 27001:2013 4. ISO 45001:2018 5. BIS Certification for CCTV and NVR 6. NSDC certificate 7. BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) certificate for the proposed model.
