The warehouse must be suitable for storing food grains and be of the dry/normal type. It should offer services including preservation, insurance, and security (watch and ward), with hardware provided by the service provider. The warehouse should have a storage capacity of 26000 MT. Goods stored will be in bags.
Technical Specification
Facilities required include scientific storage and preservation, security arrangements, firefighting arrangements, lighting arrangements, weighbridges, adequate toilet facilities, fumigation and chemical spraying, and permanent boundary walls. Loading and unloading of goods must be possible, and a physical inspection will be conducted before contract award. The warehouse must be available from the contract award date. The successful bidder must provide documentation authorizing the signatory to bind their firm or company.
