Bidders must have experience transporting fertilizers, food grains, cement, sugar, coarse grains, or similar products from manufacturers, PSUs, government departments, or public/private limited companies. Within five years prior to the bid due date, they must have completed work valued at: at least 20% of the estimated contract value in a single contract within one financial year; or 40% in multiple contracts within one financial year; or 75% in single or multiple contracts regardless of financial year. For partnerships, only the firm's experience counts. Bidders lacking the required experience may participate if the estimated contract value is below a specified amount and they provide a performance guarantee. Additionally, bidders must have completed similar services in the last three years, meeting one of these criteria: three services costing at least 40% of the estimated cost; two services costing at least 50%; or one service costing at least 80%.

Bidders must be fully acquainted with godown sizes and locations relative to loading/unloading points and the transportation route.
