ANA Hep2- (IFT) - Anti Nuclear Antibodies screening kit by Immunoflurescent a) Kit for detection of anti-nuclear antibodies in human serum by indirect immune-fluorescent test system utilizing human epithelial cell substrate slides. b) Kit should contain HEp2 (human epithelial cell) substrate slides: 12 wells/slide with desiccant. c) Kit should contain goat anti-human IgG conjugate, fluorescein (FITC) labeled in buffer containing Evans blue. d) Kit should contain ready to use positive control (preferably homogenous pattern) as well as system negative control. e) Same buffer should be useable for sample dilution and washing purpose. f) Should come with all buffers and accessories like mounting media and cover-slips. g) Pack size-20x12wells (20glass slides of 12wells each) per pack / maximum pack size available. h) For IVD use. i) The reagents to be supplied must have expiry of minimum 06-08 months.

ANA Profile 3 Plus (ANA Blot) kit Specifications: a) The test kit should provide a qualitative in vitro assay for human autoantibodies of the IgG class to at least 16 different antigens: nRNP, Sm, SS-A (native), Ro-52, SS-B, Scl-70, PM-Scl, Jo-1,CENP B, PCNA, dsDNA, nucleosomes, histones, ribosomal P-protein, AMA M2 and DFS70 inserum or plasma helpful for differential diagnosis of systemic rheumatic diseases. b) It should offer a multiplex approach for the determination of these antibodies in a single reaction. c) The antigens to be placed at defined positions on membrane strip. d) All different form of U1SnRNP (Rnp A, Rnp B, Rnp C) should be coated in the strip. e) All the conjugate reagents in the kit should be ready to use. f) The wash buffer in the kit should be ready to use. g) Interpretation software should give disease interpretation as well. h) Software should be user friendly. i) Software should have the function to export the results. j) Interpretation software should support any kind of flatbed/printer scanner. k) The result should be in intensity (%) index value format provided with range. l) For IVD use. m) Pack size-minimum pack size must be quoted for price calculation. n) Expiry of 6 to 8 months or more.
