Fabrication and supply of DG Set moving plateform of size 4.6meter x 1.7 meter made out of main frame with ISMC 200MMX75MM thickness 6.2 mm , support for mounting of DG Set AVM PAD of ISMC 200mmx75mm thickness 6.2mm, covered with 3mm thick chekered plate supported with 75mmx75mmx6mm ISA, having heavy duty axle 100mmx100mm supported with 10 patta 1200mm Kamani , 8nut hub, heavy duty rim approx weight 30Kg each, 16 ply rating tyres of size 7.50x16, and pulling arrangement with tractor surrounded by ISMC 200x75 mm frame, Heavty duty slotted square stand made in 100x100 mm square pipe for balancing of plateform in stationary position, Diesel tank of minimum capacity 250 leters at required height supported made in 75x75x6 mm ISA, including supply and fixing of 6 nos bolt type AVM pad for moving application of load capacity 1.0 ton each. Fitting of axle shall be as per load balancing of dg set. The plaeform shall be supported with single axle and two nos tyres.

complete structure should be painted with minimum 3 coats of PU paint after proper cleaning and two coat of red oxide primer, with all required accessories as required. Job includes shifting of dg set and canopy to fabrication workshop, installation on plateform and back to PGI after complete fabrication including transport crane etc. upto the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge and drawings to be got approved before fabrication. approximate weight of DG set 4000 Kgs.
