A- Conservation Specifications: CASTING OF PRE-CAST RCC PANELS: Careful removal of damaged/dislodged precast R.C.C panels fixed on wall of Gandhi Bhawan, P.U. with hand tools so as not to damage the adjacent precast R.C.C panels, cleaning of the residuel material mortar from the base wall and edges of adjacent panels including stacking of servicable material and disposal of unserviceable material within a 50 meters lead aas per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground ( approx distance 5 to 10 Kms) or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved. (DSR item no. 15.60)

Providing, hoisting and fixing in position upto 10 metre height 40mm thick precast R.C.C panels (to be casted as per following) on the walls of Gandhi Bhawan P.U. backing filled with a grout of average 30 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement :3 coarse sand) including pointing in white cement mortar 1:2 ( i white cement : 2 stone dust) with admixture to match the colour/shade of existing pointing (precast R.C.C panel to be secured to backing and sides by means of cramps and pins which shall be paid separately). The 40 mm thick precast R.C.C. panel will consist of under layer 30mm thick of reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 ( 1 cement: 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregates 12.5 mmm nominal size), furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry in under layer @ 2 kg of cment per square metrre, top layer 10 mm cement plaster with mixture of 1 white cement : ½ marble powder: 2 marble chippings 10mm nominal size) including scrubbing and washing the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone
