Supply and Erection of 2.5” dia. GI Pipe pole 4.5 Mtrs long. Supply, Fabrication & erection of 2.5” dia G.I. pipe pole having length 4.5 long, B class (medium) ISI marked. The pole shall be erected 3’ below ground level in 8” dia. RCC muff readymade. The gap between the pole and muff shall be filled with cement concrete in ratio of 1:2:4 and making required no. of holes in the pole including carriage of pole to the site of work including all labour and material required to complete the job including suitable size of GI nipple to be welded with the pipe as per fitting dia.. Make TATA / Jindal . The work shall be executed to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

The pole shall be erected 3’ below ground level in 8” dia. RCC muff readymade. The gap between the pole and muff shall be filled with cement concrete in ratio of 1:2:4 and making required no. of holes in the pole including carriage of pole to the site of work including all labour and material required to complete the job including suitable size of GI nipple to be welded with the pipe as per fitting dia. The cost includes a plinth of cement concrete of 12”x12” size and 2” thick. Make TATA / Jindal . The work shall be executed to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

SUPPLY AND ERECTION OF G.I. PIPE BRACKET 3 FEET O/H SINGLE ARM:- Supply and Erection of 3’ over hang bracket S/A made of G.I. pipe medium class ISI Marked with the following specifications of Make Tata/ Jindal/ Hissar or Ravindra. The work shall be executed to the entire satisfaction of engineer-in-charge. 1. The bracket shall be made by G.I. pipe of 2” dia with an angle of inclination of 105 degrees to the vertical. 2. The 2” dia G.I. pipe shall be welded to 3” dia G.I. pipe canopy at a distance of 2” from top end & top end of canopy shall be closed with 14 GMS sheet to avoid entry of rainwater in S.T. poles & including suitable size of GI nipple to be welded as per diameter of fitting. 3. The bracket shall be slipped over the top section of the steel tubular pole and fixed with 2 Nos. of ½” dia nuts and bolts suitable to hold the pipe absolutely tight in positions. 4. Triangular 14 GMS sheet pieces of 6” diagonal shall be welded between two pipe. 5. The sample of bracket shall be got approved from the Engineer in Charge before installation at the workshop where these are fabricated.
