Annual Comprehensive Maintenance of Audio/ Video system installed in Committee Room, MC Building with below mentioned components. • Projector Sony along with Motorized Screen- 01 Nos. , • Audio Conf system beyer dyanamic- 01 Nos, • Delegate unit- 09 Nos., • Chairman Unit- 01 Nos, • HDMI Switcher Kramer 4K HDMI 4x4- 01 Nos, • Wireless mic receiver Shure-02 Nos, • DSP BLU103- 01 Nos, • Amplifier JBL-01 Nos., • HDMI Receiver Kramer- 01 Nos, • Face Plat Kramer- 01 Nos , • Wireless presenter- 01 Nos, • Speaker JBL-04 Nos. The service shall be done by experienced engineer. The firm will be fully responsible for any inconvenience occured to MC authorities. The AMC rate of audio/video system includes the visiting charges, wires, switches and other accessories required for system to be in running condition. The system must be in running condition all the time. The major maintenance should be carried out by the firm by providing some standby arrangements to avoid any disruption in the system. The rates are inclusive of atleast one time inspection of complete system in a week, in addition to emergency period. Log book shall be maintained by the agency for routine inspection and complaints attended by him on demand shall be recorded.
