Procurement of 3 No. Standard Mobile Toilet Vans (4 seater) mounted on four wheeled trolley having 4 No. toilets (2 toilets on each side) complete in all respects as per the following specifications:- Structure description: Mild steel channels, angles, strips, CRC sheets etc. Partition wall, Panels, Doors: CRCS Sheets duly painted. Roof: FRP Corrugated sheets Floor: Made from MS angles, Channels to support the WC pan. W/C Pan and footrest: FRP (4 Nos.) Sludge tank: CRC with internal lining of FRP Disposal Unit for sludge: Butterfly valve and Hose pipe 5 meters. Wash Basin: SS (2 Nos.) Painting: Primer and Synthetic enamel paint Lightning: Each cubical with 1 no. Bulb point. Outer wall having 02 nos. tube light points, 30 amp DP alongwith wiring with flexible pipe. Water Connection: Through UPVC/CPVC pipes. Tyres: Jeep Size (4 nos.) Nos. of seats: 04 Nos. Length: 10’ approx. Height: from ground 9’ approx. Sludge tank: 400 liters. Water tank: 500 liters Door Size: 6’x1’-11” approx.

Procurement of 1 No. fully furnished VIP Mobile Toilet Vans including fabrication, welding, painting, and installed with WC Pan, Urinal, Door, Window, Mirror, Wash Basin, Lighting etc.complete in all respects as per following specifications:- Steel Structure and Chassis: Fabricated from 2.5 mm thick CRCA Sheet (TATA/ESSAR). welded with MIG welding machines for long life. Partition wall, Roof an Doors: Polyurethane Foam sandwiched between Pre-painted 0.5mm G.I. ,sheets, panel thickness 50mm, white colour. The panel type will be tongue and groove with density of 40+-2 kg/m3.The panels should be made on continuous line plant with online blending process with Cyclopentane as blending process with Cyclopentane as blending agent. The panels should have effective panel to panel interlocking. PVC paneled inner lining. Floor Bed: Made from MS RHS/SHS angles, Channels grid formation, welded with MIG welding. WC Pan and footrest: CERA make western WC with cistern and health facet. Urinal: 01 No. Urinal will be provided. Wash Basin: 1 Nos. wash basin, soap dish, viewing mirror, towel hangers and taps. Surface Treatment: All metal parts shall be chemically treated viz. Phosphating, degreasing etc. for proper holding of top coat of paint. Painting: Coated with red oxide Primer, two coats of synthetic enamel paint for aesthetic looks and long life. Lightning: 4 Nos. concealed LED POINT, 01 no. Led rube light with viewing mirror, Outer wall having 01 no. path light points, 30 Amp DP alongwith wiring with flexible pipe.
