Comprehensive AMC for 1 year of complete fire detection and Alarm System installed on B+G+Six floors of M.C. Building consisting of 3 no. of addressable fire alarm control panel (Bosch make) installed at various locations in M.C. Building for zone wise fire detection, approx 424 no. of addressable smoke detectores of Bosch make, manual call point with inbuilt isolator (Bosch) approx-26 nos. wall mounted hooter(Bosch) approx- 25 nos, cables, PVC conduit and any other devices associated in fire detection and alarm system. The specification of the installed components are: Comprehensive maintenance of 1 loop Standalone addressable fire alarm control panel, expandable upto 2 loops. Controller have 5.7 inch color touch screen display with stylus(320*240 pixels), Serial port for printer,two supervisory inputs,two position key switch and USB port for programming. The Panel handle 254 detection points, 10,000 history events,menu driven user interface with smart search. The events are displayed in different colors- red for alarm events & yellow for trouble etc. for easy identification. The Panel is VDS/EN 54 approved.-2 Nos. Comprehensive maintenance of Microprocessor based addresable fire alarm control panel having 6 loop capacity with 6 loop cards and capable to cater min. 1650 detectors and 500 devices with each loop having a loading 250 devices in any combinaton per loop (Bosch make)-1 Nos. Comprehensive maintenance of addressable smoke detector including mounting base with LED etc. with 2 inbuilt Isolators as per NFPA 72 style 7 wiring requirements (one for incoming and one for outgoing line) for maintaining operational availability of all elements in the loop in the event of a short circuit and to meet style 7 requirements; Drift Compensation feature & Automatic addressing. Detector monitors Electromagnetic interference and report to the panel - current and average values -424 Nos. Comprehensive maintenance of addressable manual call point along with Key, inbuilt isolators as per NFPA 72 style 7 wiring requirements, with flexible network structures & necessary fixing arrangements -26Nos. Comprehensive maintenance of Stand alone Loop Powered detector base sounder inbuilt isolators as per NFPA 72 style 7 wiring requirements having 32 different tone variants selection options & adjustable sound pressure by 5 levels, the sound pressure 92.1 dB(A), with flasher having Synchronized flash rate of 1 Hz and Light intensity 2 cd- 25 Nos. Comprehensive mainteannce of complete all the 1.5 sq mm copper cable.The job includes comprehensive maintenance of internal cabling of hooters, detectors, MCP and any other device related to fire detection system. The 1.5 mm2 cable need to changed/ relaid by agency inside existing raceway/ PVC conduit in case of any defect. The service shall be done by experienced technician. The firm will be fully responsible for any inconvenience occured to MC authorities. In case of any fault or non working of the system the same should be attended by the agency within two hours. Delay in attending the calls or sending the qualified engineer within time limit i.e. 2 hours specified in this clause, will attract penalty @ Rs. 500 per hour. The AMC rate of fire detection and alarm system includes the visiting charges, wires, switches and other accessories required for fire detection and alarm system to in running condition. The system must be in running condition all the time. The major maintenance should be carried out by the firm by providing some standby arrangements to avoid any disruption in functioning of fire detection and alarm system. The rates are inclusive of atleast one time inspection of complete system once in every week, in addition to emergency period. Log book shall be maintained by the agency for routine inspection and complaints attended by him on demand shall be recorded. The work shall be executed to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge

Shifting and re programming of 02 nos. of Standalone addressable fire alarm control panels expandable upto 2 loops from 3rd floor and 6th floor to ground floor control room . The job includes the cost of shifting the panels, cabling and any other software updation and programming charges.The work shall be executed to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge
