M&L for 100mm thick (Compacted thickness) WMM (Water mixed macadam ) with crushed stone aggregates (Granite, trap or basalt) of grading-1 (90mm to 40mm size) spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 4 here-in-before but except material complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Serviceable Material obtained against Item No 1 here-in-before shall be re used after proper cleaning.

M&L for Preparation of unsurfaced water mixed macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with paving bitumen of grade VG-10 @ 10 kg/10 sqm with mechnical sprayer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Preparation of old/existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming/tack coat using paving bitumen of grade VG-10 @ 5 kg/10 sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing Premixed bitumenous macadam not exceeding 75mm thick using paving bitumen @ 4% (VG-30) binder content by weight of total mix using 12 to 25mm graded crushed stone aggregate mixed in computerized hot mix plant, laid, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with mechanical paver and power roller 8 to 10 tonne capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm thick consolidated thickness, using combined graded aggregate i.e. crushed stone coarse aggregate, fine aggregate (sand) & filler (inherent filler/OPC 43 grade) of physical properties as specified (refer SSR Part-I of 2009), pre-heated, mixed with 4.5% to 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix using VG-30 grade bitumen, laid with mechanical paver, rolled & compacted to a uniform smooth surface with 8 to 10 tonne capacity power road roller complete all as specified and as directed. Notes:- (i) Thickness of semi dense asphaltic concrete and quantities of materials as mentioned in particular specifications/SSR are the minimum. The quoted rate shall also be deemed to include for provision of more materials in comparison to those mentioned/specified in the item, if required, to achieve the required level, gradient, camber and shape all as directed by the GE. (ii) Hot mix plant of adequate capacity shall be used for heating and mixing crushed stone coarse aggregate, fine aggregate and binder (bitumen). Semi dense asphaltic concrete shall be laid in single layer with self propelled mechanical paver all as directed by the GE. (iii) Contractor’s quoted rates shall be deemed to include all these aspects. (iv) The job design mix formula shall be carried out from the approved lab and got approval from the GE before commencement of the work.

M&L for painting 2mm thick with thermoplast fluorescent paint of colour white or golden yellow or any other shade conforming to BS standard 3262 with 20% glass beads (inter mixed) applied hot with automatic (commercial) machine drive in strips after preparation of surfaces as per manufacturer’s instructions & according to the specifications laid down by IRC & MOST (Ministry Of Surface Transport)- Specifications 2001 (4th revision), making lines, broken lines/dashes, arrows etc. on roads and other like surfaces exceeding 10 cm but not exceeding 15 cm in width or girth complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F cat eye (Solar) reflector type, of metal body alloy, of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm, with PAMA strip lens reflector, fixed with and including MS stud of suitable size as in repair/replacement complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F cat eye (Solar) aluminum alloy shell (100% water proofing design) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono crystaline solar panel 2.4V/0.3 watt one Ni-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd as in repair/replacement complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F metal tubular delineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50mm dia mild steel pipe of 600mm height duly powder coated and provision of thermo plastic elastommer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including fixed in position in PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate (block 15x15x30cm) with necessary fixing arrangements as in repair/replacement complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F ABS plastic speed breaker/Bumps heavy duty of height 75mm and of size 500mm x 425mm each in two colours (Black & Yellow), fixed alternately with reflectors on either side, complete fixed with epoxy and bolts 6 mm dia, 75 mm long fasteners by drilling (as per manufacturer's instructions) fixed as in repair/replacement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying at or near ground level Factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on new concrete surfaces over 10cm girth or width in blue & white or yellow & black shade with and including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old concrete surfaces over 10cm girth or width in blue & white or yellow & black shade with and including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base of floors complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Factory Made Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick with grey cement and pigment in equal proportions set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for (1st quality/Premium Quality) Parking tiles (coloured) HEAVY DUTY of size 400mm x 400mmx 12mm thick (square/rectagular) as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match shade of tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) etc.complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Pattern and colour of tiles shall be as approved by the GE

M&L for providing and laying 60mm thick Factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates, as in kerbs, mud stops, etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angle and throating etc with and including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Note: The Total amount shall subject to adjustment of credit of Rs. 2900.00 for old Materials as per Schedule of Credit.
