Strip opening of induction motor 30 HP and taking out burnt out motor winding wire from stator and rotor carefully, cleaning the stator slots carefully, rewinding to stator and rotor with copper winding wire as per exiting size of wire including providing mica paper in stator slots thimbles, ball bearing, steel shaft gun metal impeller vanishing to winding wire and drying up of the insulation in heating chamber , assembling to motor after repair work and megger testing for insulation . Transporting of the motor to site , refixng /reinstallation , reconnecting and testing for smoth and trouble free running/functioning to the entire satisfaction ofEngineer-in-Charge , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
