M&L in replacement for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, earth pit surrounded by 15 cm thick and packed layers of charcoal, dust and common salt, including GI earth wire 4mm dia as earth lead fixed by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel and other end connected to the test point including 15 mm dia light grade GI protection pipe and watering pipe 20 mm dia medium grade with funnel and wire mesh including necessary earth work, PCC earth pit chamber in PCC 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate with precast RCC pit cover 80 mm thick etc all as shown in electrical plate No.03 of SSR Part I complete all as directed and specified. Note : a. The earth value/result must be less than 5.0 ohms. b. Rates of GI strip and protection pipe upto 7.5 metre is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Shifting of LT outdoor/indoor type panel of any make and rating with in station premises afterTaking shutdown for LT panel Servicing/repair outdoor/indoor type by fixing of broken hinged doors with welding , replacement of locking arrangement, handle, burnt /rustedout,bus bar as per existing size and shape, control rewiring ,voltmeter ammeter,CTs, indicating lamps,selector switches,loose or burnt thimble of any size ,old rusted/burnout nuts/bolts & washers,complete tighening of all nuts/bolts insulation tape to all joints refixing of any loose switchgear,cable glands complete including scrapping of surfaces of LTpanel, applying two coats of synthetic enameled paint after one coat of primer ,cleaning/cutting of nearby grass bushes all as specified and as directed. Note:- At new location LT outdoor/indoor shall be mounted on PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (with 20 mm graded stone aggregate) foundation block of suitable size upto 40 cm above ground level as directed. The cost of the PCC block shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted for the item.

The fault level for the board shall be 50kA for 1sec. The panel shall be inline with relevant IS code, TC, TDS & SLD's. The door shall have three point locking arrangement. Special type tamperproof heavy duty built-in inter-lock with appropriate key shall be provided. . The door shall be provided with pad-locking facility also. Earthing bus bar and stud with plate to be provided both side of LT Panel.All Incomer shall be provided with a set of VIF meters , CT, ON indication lamps, phase indicating lights etc,All incommer and outgoing MCCB to be provided with Rotary operating handle.SPD as to be provided as IS 16463 : Part 12 : 2017/IEC 61643-12:2008 Low - Voltage surge protective devices: Part 12.all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.
