Material and labour for inspecting LT panel with experienced technicians for follwing works by taking proper shut down:- (a) Material and labour for tightening/ replacement of damaged washers, nut and bolts of LT panel electric connections. (b) Fabrication of LT panels for broken hinges and minor repairs by welding should be rectified. (c) LT panel Shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint matching with the existing color. (d) Marking on LT panels shall be done as per sources of power supply and outgoing area by 10 cm paint for better identification of power supply. (e) Decarbonizing of LT panel board by removing the carbon deposited inside the panel, cleaning the panel with cotton waste, applying one coat of bectol red solution and charging the LT panel post completeion of decarbonizing of LT panel Note :- Cost for nuts, washers, bolts, Cotton waste, Paint , hinges, bectol, thimbles, solution and excavtion for loop cable for expanding cable for proper connection to be included in the quoted rate.

Supply and fixing of copper strip size 20 x 3 mm as earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on insulator or recess or chases or burried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other as required complete all as specified and directed.Note -Copper strip should be connected with another portion of strip at the time of fixing by brazing only.Making hole in strip for fixing is not permissible.

S&F DMC insulators for earth strip of size 20 mm x 3 mm with 02 Nos nut bolts for fixing of copper/aluminium/GI strip, one Nos screws for fixing insulators on wall or roof etc complete all as specified and directed.Note- Earthing strip cross sectional area should not be reduced anywhere at the time of fixing.

S&F Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75 x 75 x 25 mm drilled and screwed including 03 Nos 8 mm dia 25 mm long hexagonal head bronze screw complete all as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surface of any description not other wise described over 10 cm width or girth and apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified.

S&F joist, channel, angle or tee sections, fixed independently, flat iron without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e, within 20mm of the length indicated including all necessary screw, nut and bolts at any size and necessary welding, holes and cutting requires conforming to Fe 290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
