Relaying only old size (common burnt clay) sub class 'B' bricks (EXCEPT BRICKS) as in trenches laid over the cable for protection, length perpendicular to the direction of cable adjacent to each other complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Serviceable bricks obtained against Item No 13 here-in-after shall be reused after proper cleaning.

M&L for Factory made unreinforced precast cement concrete cable cover LV type-1, flat of size 250x150x40mm, laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable for protection, length perpendicular to the direction of cable adjacent to each other complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate (mechanically crushed) for foundations and mass filling in pole pits etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping of poles with and including use and waste of formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in trenches (soil), including spreading, levelling and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each layer complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for cement concrete (unreinforced) or road cutting, pole coping, foundation etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying/fixing GI pipe light grade 80mm dia bore for cable protection fixed to pole/wall or laid under floor/roads/pavement with and including flat iron clamps, nut & bolts and washers etc of required size as in repair/replacement complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Boring of holes under road etc. shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and laying/fixing HDPE (DWC) pipe of outer dia not less 50mm fixing on poles, walls, under floors/roads, drain crossing and laying on surface etc as reqd at site as in repair/replacement complete all as specified and as directed. Note: All items and accessories, bend joints, nut bolts and clamps etc shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

Disconnecting and Taking out/down old existing defective LT/HT cables of any size and any type laid in trenches or fixed to poles/walls etc with and including PCC/Brick Covers for protection complete all as specified and as directed. Note;- (i) Earth work shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of BoQ. (ii) Non Retrieved (Old UNSV) cable under the existing bldgs if any shall be as ascertained by the BOO to be convened by the GE.

Relaying, jointing and testing old serviceable electric cable of sectional area 10sqmm to 25sqmm in the same trenches or at another locations complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of Low Tension (LT) XLPE insulated and armoured, heavy duty, electric power cable, cross sectional area 25Sqmm 4 core aluminum conductor 1100volts grade under ground cable including both side connection with cable lugs etc, laid in trenches, along poles or passing through pipes or laid under floor or through walls etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of Low Tension (LT) XLPE insulated and armoured, heavy duty, electric power cable, cross sectional area 16Sqmm 4 core aluminum conductor 1100volts grade under ground cable including both side connection with cable lugs etc, laid in trenches, along poles or passing through pipes or laid under floor or through walls etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of Low Tension (LT) XLPE insulated and armoured, heavy duty, electric power cable, cross sectional area 10Sqmm 4 core aluminum conductor 1100volts grade under ground cable including both side connection with cable lugs etc, laid in trenches, along poles or passing through pipes or laid under floor or through walls etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note for Item Nos 14 to 17: Excavation and Earth work, sand cushioning and bricks/PCC covers for protection of cable shall be measured and paid separately.

Dismantling and taking down old unserviceable pole of any type (PCC Pole/Steel pole) from different places/locations after disconnecting of all electrical connections complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Rates quoted shall be inclusive of excavation/earth work and demolition of PCC etc. Nothing shall be admissible on the account.

Supply and erection in true vertical position steel tubular swaged pole type 410 SP-22, 8.5 mtr long with cast iron base plate and finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, washers and screws with and including painting with aluminium paint two coats over a coat of red oxide primer after erection and providing Blue (AF) and white strips with synthetic enamel point 30 cm each alternate upto 1.5 mtr above the coping of pole starting with blue strip and marking/writing pole number on each pole complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Excavation/Earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid separately

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 60 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with powder coated high pressure die cast aluminum housing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed with and including applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying PVC insulated flexible unarmoured cable three core with copper conductor 1.5 sqmm size 1100 volt grade from junction box to security light through PVC conduit including connection as in repair/replacement complete all as specified and as directed. Note: PVC conduit shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fixing rigid non metallic PVC conduit of external dia 20mm exclusive of boxes (junction/terminal) for housing flexible cable along poles for security lights as in repair/replacement complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Clamps, nut and bolts for fixing on poles shall be measured and paid separately

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel pipe electrode, 40mm bore, medium grade, 2.5 metres length, buried directly and preferably vertically in ground with top edge not less than 1.25 metres below ground level connected with earthing lead of 4mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire with and including all necessary excavation & earth work, PCC chamber in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 & RCC cover all as shown in electrical plate No 2 of MES Schedule Part-I (2009), testing on completion, as in repair/replacement complete all as specified and as directed. Note(s) :- (i) RCC pit cover shall be pre-cast of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1, 80mm thick reinforced with XPM not less than 4Kg/Sqm. (ii) PCC chamber shall be constructed 500 mm away from the edge of earth pit. (iii) Rate shall include GI wire/strip and protection pipe of length 7.5m, GI pipe beyond 7.5m length required at site shall be measured and paid separately. (iv) Earth resistance should be less than 3 Ohm. In case the test results are not found below 3 Ohm, complete earthing will be redone without any extra cost to Govt.

S&F KIOSK box weather proof made out of PVC, pole mounted, hinged door size 333 x 233 x 200mm out side and 300 x 200 x 105mm inside dimension comprising of aluminium bus bar 4 strips for 3 phase and neutral 63 Amp including 6 to 10 A MCB, clamps with necessary MS nut, bolts and washers etc as in repair/replacement complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Automatic Street Light Control with infrared sensor based NATRURE SWITCH and VOLTAGE MONITORING SYSTEM (VMS)-Three phase load of 8KW for automation of street lights. Nature Switch operation should be based on natural light Lux level. Required illuminance level for switching ON is 30 Lux and for switching OFF 10 Lux. The sensor should also have part night operation facility of min 4 hrs to max. 12 hrs. VMS should have adjustable over & under voltage trip level and protection against phase loss & Phase reverse including Power contractor (3 Nos) and incomning (3 nos of capacity amps each) - outgoing MCB (3 nos of capacity 32 amps each) & main load circuit wiring (copper) of minimum 10 sqmm. The sensor, VSM, Power contractor, MABs including connected items should be fixed on a pole/wall mountable enclosure made of rust proof, electric shock proof, termite proof and FR grade SMC junction box conforming to IP54. The circuit should also have provision for manual operation (i.e. sensor & VMS By-Pass option). Model Swadeep- 02EC8KW3P-VMS or equivalent in Schneider /havells/Legrand as approved by the AGE(I). Make : (i) Nature switch : Kakatiya Energy System /Healer/Bajaj or equivalent model/Make approved by the AGE(I) (ii) Power contractor- L&T/BCH/ Schneider or equivalent model/Make approved by the AGE(I) (iii) Voltage Controlling Device L&T (GIC) or equivalent model/Make approved by the AGE(I) (iv) MCB-Hager/schneider/L&T/Legrand or equivalent model/Make approved by the AGE(I) (v) Enclosure & circuit sheet- Sintex or equivalent model/Make approved by the AGE(I) (shock proof, rust proof, termite proof, FR grade) (vi) Circuit wiring -Polycab /Finolex or equivalent model/Make approved by the AGE(I) . Note:- (i) Nut, bolts, clamps for fixing on poles/wall shall deemed to be included in quoted rates . (ii) The sensor must have the warranty of min of 2 years. (iii) Test certificate and warranty certificate from the manufacturer shall be submitted by the contractor.

S&F Busbar Chamber of size not less than 40 cmx40cmx30cm with set of 04 aluminium busbars 200 Amps rating each fixed on suitable insulators with suitable size of brass nut, bolts and washer with heat shrinkable PVC sleeving. Bus bars shall be colour coded (red, yellow and blue) for three phases and black for neutral. Bus bar chamber shall be fixed on 04 Nos of legs made out of MS Angle Iron 40x40x6mm. Length of each leg shall be not less than 60cm. The Chamber shall be fixed more than 30 cm above the normal ground level including spray painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint in dark grey shade over a coat of red oxide primer, legs shall be embedded in ground in PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate bed blocks of size 30cmx30cmx30cm as in repair/replacement complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and taking down old serviceable street lights and refixing at same or different locations after proper cleaning, making proper connection complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F street light brackets made out of GI pipe light grade not less than 25mm bore suitable to fit with LED street light approx length not less than 120cm bent to shape with and including applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer fixed as in repair/replacement complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Clamps, Nut, bolts and washers etc shall deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Material and labour for preparation of old rusted steel surfaces of steel swaged poles (of any length) and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint up to 1.2 metre height as per the existing pattern above the PCC coping and one coat of aluminium paint beyond 1.2 meter height (for the rest portion) including cross arms brackets and re-writing pole numbers on each pole and applying one coat of white wash on PCC Coping of poles complete all as specified and as directed.

Note: The Total amount shall subject to adjustment of credit of Rs. 145950.00 for old Materials as per Schedule of Credit.
